Does work, just not well.
Took some patience to get this set up, but it does work. Like other reviews stated the translation to English is very poor which makes things more difficult, and it doesn’t detect motion like it’s supposed to. It also disconnects very often for no reason.Mia Layne

I had it working for a while but only if my iPhone was near it and I was watching. now the ap just starts up and disappears. I can’t even download a new one from the app store. Also there is no manual. It came with a product called WiFi panoramic camera that also does poorly.not 4 mee
Wish I Could Give It Zero Stars
Translation to English is horrible. This is the worst app/device I have ever tried to use. I can get to screen asking for: Device — Please enter device name (What device name am I supposed to enter?) DevID — please enter device ID (I need to know what the heck device name means) Password — Obvious as long as I know the device name/ID. The only way I can connect to this piece of crap is by connecting directly to iPhone and not through router. The direct connection to iPhone is insecure. I may as well invite the whole neighborhood to join in. I need to see if I can return this so the next fool can buy it.
Edit—This is what arrived with the SafeCam360 I ordered. There is no model number on box and nowhere does it say “SafeCam360” on the box.Tutu 22 22

Nothing about this app or camera works. As far as i knkw i just set up a camera for China to just watch me. Half the app is still written in Chinese. Avoid at all costs. I wasted my money don’t waste yours.Armygurl1997
Horrible. Needs A LOT of work
