The dual lens 4k cam is a con it's so usless
Option wise and quality of the picture is terrible and the software was made by a 12 year old it won't allow any auto options or allow the camera to change it's stuck on one lens

I also purchased two cameras recently based on the Australian ads and AM VERY disappointed that it is a poor products. I cannot get the cameras to work even after following the instructions over and over again.

As in the AD i also fell for the scam. It said its an Australian invention and clearly its made from China. Sad thing is i bought 4 of this. I could not connect the camera device to my wi-fi network at home and so the only choice for me is to connect directly to the device. I am a very technical person and this was just a nightmare to setup. I am pretty sure this cannot be connected to the internet so you can view the device when you’re away from home. you need to access it directly. Don’t buy it! It’s a scam!

Well, what can one say? Put succinctly, absolute rubbish! I received mine (3 cameras!) today and have spent a number of hours trying to get a connection - I have managed once but that was a direct connection only. Not much use if one wants to access them remotely ( I expect why most people have purchased them!) - attempting to get remote access has proven impossible! The whole thing is a massive con and I recognise I've wasted my money - future potential buyers beware - don’t waste either your money or your time and effort!! How this app got through Apple's quality systems is an absolute mystery; shame. On you Apple!! DO NOT BUY.

Fraudulent Company. Report to the Better Business Bureau
I received my cameras. First of all the commercial said that you receive a special for a certain price and I was overcharged. Secondly, when I received my cameras, they did not tell me that it doesn’t support 5G so when I hook them up, none of the cameras will connect. The camera connection to read time out. When I called the customer care line, she told me I needed to record the issue in order to receive my refund. I am using my cell phone for my cameras in which I cannot record the issue. Then I asked the lady to send me over to the billing department and she said she would have to email me where I would have to, go to that department. When I asked her to connect me, she hung up with me. This company is a fraudulent company and needs to be reported to the better business bureau if I had known prior before ordering these cameras, I would’ve never ordered them. Plus the battery wears down within a matter of 20 minutes after charging. I would advise anyone who was thinking about ordering these cameras to not purchase them.

After buying this cam through “the Australian ad”.. I found these cameras online for $6 from the Chinese online shops. We have been conned people. If you are reading this it’s already too late!
I don’t trust the app, most likely embedded with spyware! There is far too much personal info requested. Immediately deleted it!

The mini camera is rubbish
It doesn’t connect, we can’t find it name. I can’t put it on it stuck in mode. The scanner on the app can’t scan the box. Not information wasted my money. Don’t purchase this they made the ad look good but ring doorbell lots better and easier to set up and the app works because the device is actually connected.
