Bought 2 cameras. Only wanted 1 but was tricked into buying 2. Couldn’t get either one to work. No telephone number listed to call for help. No name of company to call. Advertisement said if not happy you can return it. Well I’m not happy, but I have nowhere to call or place to send . This to me is a complete scam. I will be very Leary about other products in the future. BUYER BEWARE
The cameras don’t work and the app and accompanying directions are written in broken English and are full of solutions that don’t help troubleshoot any of the problems you’ll encounter. This company should be considered a scam and Apple should remove them from the App Store.
This is a rip off! I wish I could give it a negative number of stars. The camera refuses to connect. Total waste of money and no support.
It doesn’t work at all. Got it off of Facebook and all it would do was turn on. It never connected to my Wi-Fi or my phone. It says press button but there is no button. I wouldn’t recommend this at all. This is a worthless waste of my 200$. Don’t waste your time or your money. Piece of Chinese junk.
This product might be OK. However, the setup instructions are quite simply the worst I have ever encountered. No one answers the phone or email. Avoid this product until they get a workable setup procedure.
Lets get the PROS out of the way : at version 1.52 they have many of the bugs worked out of the app. All of the features work except where it follows the intruders motion via built in 2 axis servo motors, but it may be that ive not discovered how to enable this, since there exists no instructions for use. There are unlisted features ive found, like six points in the coverage area you can preprogram to quickly focus on from any start point being viewed. I just looked in on my home from 45 miles away and can verify it does actually function remotely from an iphone running the app including playback of snapshots and video of alarm conditions ( motion detection ). The price was a fraction of similar featured units made in america. Now, the CONS: FIRST AND FOREMOST THIS IS A $30 camera with a $2 internal power converter added as an afterthought. This means it reboots every few minutes when any change in line voltage cripples the onboard computer interface. As an engineer i can measure this and am preparing to replace the garbage usb power circuit with a quality 5 volt regulated source with a backing battery. If you can wire things, do this to fix yours. Next, besides a missing feature and no instructions, you need to be an engineer to decipher how to get it on a network. Also, out of four units ordered, two were dead on arrival, ive not yet autopsied them. If i find a repairable problem i will update this review. Lastly, the company selling them is in USA but seems to be relatives of the overseas manufacturer. The reviewer complaining of no support or tech phone and no warranty was telling it like it is. You're on your own. I advise waiting until at least these cons are addressed and solved before investing anything at all in this unfinished product. Since i like the concept im going to update this review with each new software version they release. Im also offering to the maker, if you are reading this, to write an english instruction page in exchange for a demonstration of proper use of all features. You send a qualified demonstrator, i meet you and write what i see in english. Everyone wins, you keep the instructions to include free with product. I will check back often for an answer.

Do not download this app. Does not work is not user friendly and just seems to be designed to gather info on you.
Does not work. I’m guessing any review that says it does is a liar, being paid to lie. This camera says it is simple to use. Definitely not true for me at least, but the most disturbing thing, is the phone number given for technical support, if you get an answer which is rare, gets you to sales folks who tell you point blank they cannot help you, they are just sales. If you contact them by email given, they contact back sometimes, not often, with a canned message that shows no one has read your message, giving you a phone number that does not work and when you reply to say that, it sends the same message again with the same non working number.
In my opinion, this is the worst piece of software I’ve seen in my life. The instructions are totally unclear and translated from Chinese. The app doesn’t work as is stated. I tried for 3 hours trying to get this to work, and I’m a software professional. Stay away from this product, since you’ll be throwing away you hard earned cas.
