Super annoying interface
Regardless of the clothing quality, it has been very frustrating to deal with them. My first XL shirts didn’t fit well and I wanted to try a size L before I return them. They won’t ship just one. So I placed an order for three L and a pair of shorts. Plus I paid $12 for the insider club and free shipping. They still charged shipping and a person had to refund that. My shorts arrived today, but no shirts. I go through the process to mark them missing, but they say they will only exchange them. How can I return shirts I never received? Everything is done by a bot so far and I can’t get help. Website prompts to download app. So I do. App keeps skipping back to Safari. All this time there are pop ups asking for email and making offers. Very not user friendly.Love the clothes, when you can find them which is rare
Quality is great. However, nearly always when you click on a product, the size you want is sold out.
Quite outrageous that a modern website like this won’t let you filter search results by available sizes (like literally every other clothing website on the web does).
Prepare to get very frustrated.An impossible mission… finding tee that checks all the boxes!!
I’m a slim guy… 5’7’ 125lbs and finding a t-shirt is proving to be impossible!! I’m between a small and extra small depending on the brand so it’s been a long journey.
Until now… I took a chance on the crew neck tees and hoped for the best. They arrived and I immediately tried one and on and instant satisfaction as I knew I finally found my perfect fit for a t-shirt!!!
I read soooo many comments i truly had no idea what I’d be trying on but so happy it was a fit and feel as well as quality based on the good comments!!
Needless to say I’ll be buying more and also join the saving club. As I now know it’s the tee for me.
