Super annoying interface
Regardless of the clothing quality, it has been very frustrating to deal with them. My first XL shirts didn’t fit well and I wanted to try a size L before I return them. They won’t ship just one. So I placed an order for three L and a pair of shorts. Plus I paid $12 for the insider club and free shipping. They still charged shipping and a person had to refund that. My shorts arrived today, but no shirts. I go through the process to mark them missing, but they say they will only exchange them. How can I return shirts I never received? Everything is done by a bot so far and I can’t get help. Website prompts to download app. So I do. App keeps skipping back to Safari. All this time there are pop ups asking for email and making offers. Very not user friendly.Annoyed Wild fan
Love the clothes, when you can find them which is rare
Quality is great. However, nearly always when you click on a product, the size you want is sold out.
Quite outrageous that a modern website like this won’t let you filter search results by available sizes (like literally every other clothing website on the web does).

An impossible mission… finding tee that checks all the boxes!!
I’m a slim guy… 5’7’ 125lbs and finding a t-shirt is proving to be impossible!! I’m between a small and extra small depending on the brand so it’s been a long journey.
Until now… I took a chance on the crew neck tees and hoped for the best. They arrived and I immediately tried one and on and instant satisfaction as I knew I finally found my perfect fit for a t-shirt!!!
I read soooo many comments i truly had no idea what I’d be trying on but so happy it was a fit and feel as well as quality based on the good comments!!
Needless to say I’ll be buying more and also join the saving club. As I now know it’s the tee for me.

Really Disappointing
I’ve now twice placed an order for a pack of XL crew necks in colors other than standard black, grey, white. Both orders have been cancelled due to lack of inventory with no outreach from the company to attempt to apologize or keep my business. This is terrible customer service. My t-shirt orders will now be with Fresh Clean Tees. The shirts are better quality and my order was filled and delivered quickly. Just wish they had a few more colors.ntm3000
Better Than Advertised!
On the receipt of my initial order of three True Classic T-shirts I found them to be much better than advertise. The fit guide is very accurate and the cut and the look of the shirt is even better than I imagined.
Of course, as they say, it’s very soft cotton material and I love how the crewneck holds up.

Staying with what works
Ever since I got my first white T from these guys I’ve been a fan. The fit the durability after washes is A1 yola. You guys are my go to whenever I may need units , especially dig the active wear IMO a lot better then some the so called sport brands out there .Acarr77
Constantly chasing sales
Love their shirts. But, having to constantly chase their sales, the random alerts saying out of stock items are re-stocked only to find out they really aren’t in stock just to get you to their site, and the crazy price increases for their basic t-shirts ($30 each) have led me to offload the app unless I absolutely know I’m going to buy something.
When they have sales/discounts their shirts are a great deal. But, $25-$30 a t-shirt is nuts at their non-sale pricing.

Absolutely the best shirts! Quality is great, they fit properly, hug in the right places to give my body shape and form. Can’t really see myself buying shirts from other mall stores. I wish I had more promo codes to help me off set the cost. Throw a guy a couple bones here.

STAY AWAY!
This company is TRASH! I purchased their All Access Membership because of the cashback on every order. This is a LIE. You will not get cashback on every order. And they WILL NOT honor this (even though it is clearly marked on their website without any * for further details and clarification).
Their customer service is also TERRIBLE! One of their reps, Thad, ended the chat on me because he got upset. That is the most unprofessional thing a representative could do. Really leaves a nasty mark on the company.me@7198
