App needs attention & delivery time is too slow
This app is buggy. It is very hard to live chat with someone which has been quite frustrating.
I made 2 separate purchases on the 16th. They won’t arrive until the 24th. I realize there are a myriad of issues in terms of supply & delivery. But. Unless these tees come from China there’s a problem. And if they do, I should have been informed of that. Some communication is necessary in order for me to purchase again.
I chatted in the app several times but got vague reassurances until my orders were filled. I couldn’t get tracking information & the only answer I got was that I’d get an email with that information once they were ready to go. I only found that out when I asked. It should be plainly explained.
Couple that with the extremely long delivery time … and I am very disappointed.
My only hope is that after all of this that my guys are happy with the quality & fit. And if they are, I hope their experience, should they try to purchase anything themselves, will go much better than mine.Cat-in-CA

You guys are truly awesome, great clothes at a somewhat affordable price for the everyday man lol, however I must say you guys never seem to have anything available half the time. I don’t like how religiously I need to be on the app to get a t shirt my size. Please make more of your shirts that’s my only complaint.ParsonJack

The only thing that would make True Classic better is if they would create hats, exactly like the hats they are making, but that fit larger heads. I would have a different color for every day of the week. True classic, please do this!JMRankin15

My husband loves these shirts. He wears them for work and says the fit is great. I do the laundry though, and quality wise…..these shirts are worth the price. They keep their shape and hold up very well even after numerous washes. If you are on the fence about purchasing them, go for it. You will be happy you did!Cat gal
Love the Tall Length Tees!
I’m a tall slim man and these are the first tees that actually fit me! My problem is that standard length tees are too short for me. If I get an Xtra Large tee it is too big on me in the shoulders. These Tall Large Tees hug my waist and are snug at my arms! I feel better and look better in these Tall Length. Just type “tall” in the search box and they will pop up!Love Tall Tees

Check the currency rate before purchasing!
If you live like me outside the USA, I found out that they use a currency rate, that is higher (in their favor) by 33%!! From the real currency rate!
I contacted them regarding this, and they said they know that the rate they use is not 1:1…
It was ok if it was a small margin in their favor, to handle the interest, but not 33%!!
I got all backed up in the mail and photos!

If they were made in the US a and not in Korea, they would be worth the money.
I have purchased two sets of three, like the shirts like the fit but they keep sending me emails and text messages that they’re giving discounts of 30 to 40 to 70% off and the prices stay the same in the the asking price is more. And they’re not even made in the USA so they only get three stars.Leeph's
