Poor quality
I like the shirts and they are comfortable but after a few weeks multiple shirts have ripped along the seam. They are not strong or durableBrody.w
Disappointed
My pocket tee shrunk way too much after just one wash, I should have expected the huge disappointment after seeing that is made in China.Rockero micky
Needs a search function
Needs a way to search. I can find pocket tees via search on the web site via a browser but not via this app. It seems that not all items are available via this app as even a manual search of every available item does not show any pocket tees, and that gives low confidence in this app.
Also would like to see only available items in my size and color preference.Goodvodka
No pack builder?
Just about every pre-made pack has at least one color I’ll never wear. The pack builder (on the website) is clutch for me. It also is not on the app. There’s a link that indicates you can, but all it does is take you to a selection of pre-made packs.
Other than that, I would say it also isn’t the most user friendly. A lot to be improved on here, but it’s a good start.Skipper5052

What best quality?
I’ve been constantly seeing the ads for True Classic Tees for a while and finally decided to try it. I also needed to change out my wardrobe because I haven’t bought any new summer fits in a while. So, I ordered the “staple 6-pack”. After feeling the material and seeing the quality of the tees, I’m a bit disappointed. One of my staple tees came in with a hole in the left shoulder. :( The material feels very thin. They are comfy but I’d say they feel like knock-off Hollister’s shirts. I also found threads falling off the Tees. The lines on the sides aren’t nicely sewed together. When you pull on the shirt to stretch it, you can see the threads in the lines getting pulled in and out too. The ends of the threads on my tees are showing/coming out from the shirts like they weren’t trimmed when someone sewed them.AlphiteOfficial
Prices higher an the App. No Hispanic people

I highly enjoyed my shirts I bought from them a while back. Now I see they have an app. I’m 100% enjoying it. I will say the quality of their clothing makes working from home a breeze.
