True Classic Tee is incredible but…
True Classic Tee shirts are top tier. I have been buying their shirts for a few months and they’re all excellent. Recently I’ve downloaded the app but I can’t checkout on the app. No matter how many times I click it, it doesn’t work.

Products are okay but app is unnecessary hard to use ask for your email multiple times, is not connected with the web page etc side note tall shirts are too tall.Abraham2017
NOT WORTH IT!!
I went back and fourth for 5 hours just trying to submit an order. They had to send me an invoice with an incorrect order. The order was submitted Saturday. I didn’t notice until Sunday (next day) they had the wrong color item. I emailed the “support team” just for them to tell me they can only cancel my order but not change the color!?!!!? Are you kidding me?!?? It’s busy not with the hassle. Never buying again.iTinez007
Great app! So easy!

I love the interface of the app. Super easy to checkout and I love shopping on here. Only thing I would like to see is a custom $ amount on Gift cards. Right now it will only let me choose $500 for the custom field.Nateron
Website is way better
1. App doesn’t show filter or sort options on most pages.
2. During checkout phone doesn’t recognize any of the fields, so no autocomplete. Which requires you to manually enter everything including credit card info.
3. No Apple Pay integration.

I kept trying for almost a week via chat and email to be able to use my credits to buy a product package they weren’t offering on the website but only on the app. You can’t use your credits on the app and no matter how clearly you explain this to customer service they keep answering a completely different question and only way, way later. It’s like talking to a wall. It’s a simple fix. Don’t change your reward system without updating your app. Long story short I had to pay full price and still can’t use my credits which now have an expiration date. Cute right? Used these guys for a long time but starting to think it’s time to find a new more competent company that can read emails and chats and not just scan rinse and repeat.Sicbit

At 5’8” 170lbs, my go-to size has been a Med. So aside from the long sleeve crew necks - which tend to have narrow sleeves, everything else has been a perfect fit. Quality, true to size, designed & made to fit clothing at a great price.Dude..it's me
