The CondoWiz™ - Toronto GTHA+ App is a comprehensive database of the buildings, developments and projects in and around the Greater Toronto & Hamilton Area. Updated daily and using a sophisticated search engine together with intelligent pre-set filters, you can quickly locate and research condos, co-ops, purpose built rental buildings and all projects (planned, pre/under construction). This app is NOT a search engine of available units for sale/lease within those buildings.
The app is free to download and the complete catalogue is available to all users. Free users have access to the names and addresses in the database. A subscription (Monthly or Yearly) is required to gain full access to the catalogue, filters, and search criteria. Toronto is the anchor city and the one with the most condominiums in the Golden Horseshoe Area. According to the Statistics Canada 2021 Census, Toronto is Number 2 on the list of Canadian cities with the most condominiums. Vancouver and Calgary being Number 1 and 3 respectively. You know where CondoWiz™ is headed to next.
The other cities currently in the database and being gradually rolled out include Ottawa, Peterborough, Kingston, Belleville, Pickering, Ajax, Vaughan, Markham, Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, London, Hamilton, St. Catherines, Niagara and Windsor.
