Had solar installed over 10 days ago and still to this day am no clearer on how to log in. Visited EDP shop to ask for the link the technicians said I’d receive within hours, then was sent a link to register the panels with gov. Have done that and was told I’d receive a mail with a link. Still waiting.

Inaccurate and unreliable
Very slow to load and often need 2 attempts to get real time data. Data is wrong. My app currently shows exactly the same for solar and consumption and each changes in synch. Also shows huge household consumption when all appliances are off.
