Hello! I'm so sorry to hear that you've faced it. Gas fees are charged by the validators and NOW Wallet gets none of them. Fees are determined by the current amount of network traffic and demand. We provide the in-app interface for regulating Ethereum fees. May you, please, provide the exchange ID? We will make sure that no coins have been lost.Poor security

Very bad status
This app is completely bad my thought. Recently I try to exchange solona to any other but they aren’t do that . It’s been 5 day still they said me they had issues. I don’t know how they work . Befor jump this app make sure watch the reviews@troy

The app hides wallets- so you think you’ve lost your crypto but it’s actually just in a hidden wallet! You need to fix this. Also after setting wallets to show- they still disappear.@livelikecj

I did an exchange on their app 3 days ago and still don’t have my funds. I’ve gone back and forth with support time and time again. They say I need to wait, then they said your exchange is finished. Yes, it finished 3 days ago I can read also, so where are my funds. I understand things go wrong sometimes but how you fix them shows who you are and they’ve shown it.Show lessEric the cleaner

The app is not opening anymore
The app was working fine but I am trying to open the wallet and for some reason is not working anymore. I have some currency stored in it and now I can not access it. I have the app installed for sometime now. Since January I think. I have an IPad Air 2 with iOS 15.5 installed. I used the app for buying crypto in the past and they are stored in it . My I pad is configured to install automatic updates, so I believe it has the most updated version of your wallet. I can’t check because the app for some reason is not opening anymore. It closes automatically before I login in.

Hello! Actually, our app has never been compatible with iPads.. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the app would work properly on a tab😥 Please, try NOW Wallet on a mobile phone - the mobile version must work properly. Have you kept your seed-phrase and do you still have an access to it? If so, you can access your funds from any other device. We're sincerely sorry that this issue has taken place.I love ChangeNow but…
I’ll live and die for the “Change Now” app but as far as this Change Now Wallet goes…I’m not crazy about it unfortunately. I tried buying some crypto on it and it took MUCH longer than other exchanges like metamask. Eventually it all worked pit and they are very good at continually giving you updates but it just takes a long time. I still love you guys tho!Show lessStudent to 6 figures
