I purchased back in December some coins through this app they never appeared I contacted immediately was told they have issues now months later I’m told it went to the wrong address nothing they can do and that’s it’s. I have been mislead for months and lied to. They essentially stole my money and used there app for purchase and never received anything. A bunch of thievesShow lesscheesy81

I transferred $110 worth of CRO from Crypto.com to the Now wallet. It never arrived. I spent hours and 40+ emails with both Crypto.com & now wallet support teams. Eventually now wallet just told me they don’t support that coin. Sorry for any convenience. Don’t support that coin? Your wallet has it listed! It provided me with an address for it!
