Thank you for your feedback! We'd like to learn more about this bug that you are reporting in regards to the strange figures that popup which you didn't normally see before. We are not aware of any compromised security within our app and we do have occasional splash and video popups to promote certain features and tools within our app. Maybe it's different from what you are seeing. We appreciate you leaving us with a review! Actually, before we had the new subscription offering, the same generous features that you were talking about are still for FREE with the app. We did add some premium new tools and makeup looks, but those are new and becoming a PLUS member will allow you to unlock and use all of them. If a user chooses not to, then you'll have many other useful tools to experience for free. Please feel free to email our customer support team at "iosappstore@perfect365.com" if you remember seeing a free tool before but is now paid. We'd be happy to connect with you but the once Free tools should still be free so maybe there is just a little confusion and we'll be happy to clear that up. Thank you!

Thank you for leaving us feedback! The standard version of the application allows you to edit your video up to 20 seconds. With the PLUS membership, you're able to edit video up to 1 hour. If you have a paid membership as a PLUS member and cannot edit up to 1 hour of video, please email our support team at "iosappstore@perfect365.com" and we'll work with you to troubleshoot the issue. Also, there is a 7-day Free Trial to experience the PLUS Membership if you haven't already activated it. Thank you once again for your feedback and we'll be sharing this with our experience team.
It was the BEST for Years!

Thank you for your feedback! It's great that you felt that the original app was the BEST app for years. Actually, we still have this app and users are able to download the original "Perfect365" app which continues to work well for Selfie Photos. All you need to do is click on PHOTO MAKEUP button and it will continue to allow you to import your selfie photos. BUT, if you would like to edit your Selfie Videos, then we came up with the new "Perfect365 VIDEO" app designed just for that. We have both apps available for free downloads. If you only intend to edit your PHOTO Selfies, then can you continue to use the "Perfect365" app which is still free. If you have any questions, please contact our support at "iosappstore@perfect365.com" and one of our agents will gladly help you out.

I love this app, but why the watermark

Thank you for your feedback! We're so happy that you're loving the app. Currently, in order to remove the watermark, it would take a subscribe with a PLUS Membership. You can try it out for 7-days absolutely FREE using our trial so that's one way and this would still allow you to remove the watermark. Your feedback is very valuable and we'll definitely share it with our App Development Team to continue and improve the app experience.
