I think I’m going to delete this app and find another for a few touch’s.

Thank you for leaving feedback. We're happy to hear that you feel the app is cute and free. With your app version 1.4.17 that you are using, everything in the app is free. There is no paid feature so we are not quite sure where in the app it's asking you to pay. In the future, we might consider adding more premium or special features that may have paid or subscription options but everything is free in our current build or makeup tools as of January 28, 2022. Decent app but not good for videos…
Might as well just be for pictures only.

We'd like to try and understand this problem more to see if we can replicate or offer tips on how to best apply the effects. If you can contact us at support@perfect365.com, that would be great. This way we can try to gather more details and investigate into the reported issue. By the way, we also develop an app that can handle Photos and that's called "Perfect365".

As for the editing capabilities, the Perfect365 Video app is still pretty new. We're adding more and more features in our future builds so please check back every so often to look out for these new exciting features that we have planned.

We’re so happy that you love the Perfect365 app! We value feedback and will try to improve the limitation that you described. Our latest version of the Perfect365 “Video” app releasing soon will allow for more than 20 seconds video editing. Please make sure to update the app which will give the option to edit more than 20 seconds after watching a short video clip. Enjoy and have fun :)
