Excellent App and so easy to use. I have used it twice for hospital admissions . Perfect each time.
Useless
Was a horror to set up the first time. Why can’t I book online? Now it won’t accept my password and I still don’t have the email that is supposed to be sent so that I can change the password.

Worse Than Useless
Considering the amount of money this private hospital makes via all its specialists, it is nothing short of a disgrace that they’re not prepared to spend the money to have a app that actually works.
I have iOS 16.1.1 on the latest iPhone, and I can’t even register to enable me to complete the admission form. It just hangs on trying to select the state.
If they’re cutting corners on their admin, it makes you question where else they may be substandard. Hopefully not patient care…

Buggy
I agree with what others have said. It does save a bit of time if you have multiple admissions as I have recently as it remembers your answers from last time. Today it hasn’t let me in with my pin and tells me my password is wrong, then hangs when I try to reset my password. Frustrating!
Good App
My mum was admitted into hospital at Calvary, we used to app for her admission. Was quite simple to use, we had no problems at all! Was nice to see my mums progress of her stay in hospital through the app. Great idea. Great App.

Hopeless
Was this app tested at all with real patient data? Way too clunky, option to add additional drugs, past admissions etc at the beginning of page instead of moving down with each entry. Had to enter personal details several times. When asked to confirm that entered data was correct no option to go back and edit. Not impressed, agree 0/5 a much more accurate rating!

WHY DOES IT KEEP BACKING OUT
There is absolutely zero reason besides terrible app design for this to keep backing out when trying to enter details.
