DEFINITELY a scam, the guy I was speaking with over the phone asked me to download this app on my phone when calling to get help signing into my Microsoft account on my XBOX and when I tried to click on the app to at least see what the app is about I saw the one star review and I already thought that was weird, he rushed me faster and said cmon mam I really need you to open up this app and then I should be able to see everything on your phone when I simply needed something done for my Xbox account… he then got super aggressive when I tried to read over the terms before accepting the check box to let them view your phone, and then this creepy figure that didn’t even look no where near human pops up with these red eyes piercing at you. This is definitely not Microsoft and I don’t know how they haven’t been taken down yet, DELETE THIS APPPPP!!!!!Show lessOhokayyyyyyyy

An Indian man pretended to be a legit company who I called and got me to download this app and then get access to everything. DON’T FALL FOR IT!!!!!!InspiredWriter81

I called PayPal customer service and it ended up being a scammer, not actually PayPal. They tried to get me to download this app.
I spoke with PayPal after and they said they would never try to get me to download this app. DO NOT DOWNLOADApp scammers use

I was trying to delete an old Facebook account and googled a number to call Facebook. Well the person I talked to told me to download this app, which allows you to share your screen with them. He then told me to go to my settings. Then he told me to click on my iCloud and go to “payment and shipping”. Me being a gullible person, I clicked on it and put my password in. Then it finally clicked that it was a scam. Thank goodness I eventually realized it before they got any of my information. After all that happened,I came back and read the reviews of this app. Now before I download an app or even purchase something online I read the reviews because this could’ve been avoided! How can this app be deleted?!? Clearly a bunch of people are being scammed with it!!Show lessbeittany js

Don’t do it, don’t download. This is being used by people purporting to be Facebook security to purportedly help you with a hacked account alert. I fell for it in part because of this app. I’m out $12,300 because of this scam. The app knows about it and is doing nothing. They are all in it together.Show lessK klaus
