Please do not download. Scammers are using this application to get all your information. I’ve been trying to submit my review however its not getting posted. If its not posted I will call Apple for assistance amd to inform them what this application does. This application needs to have disclaimers of what thieves are doing. Scammer Pretended To Be Apple
I called what I believed was Apple customer care and turns out it was a fake website with the fake phone number upon calling they asked a ton of questions went through my settings, and my phone made up a bunch of lies, and had me download this app and then they asked me if I had cash app Venmo or Zelle and tried to get me to send money to them. This is a scam. Be careful. they didn’t get any money from me and got mad and hung up. Oh well dummies.Show lessHeidi pie

I was calling for Apple for reassurance for my cash app because I was getting random purchases and I spoke to a number I found pretending to be Apple and I heard the accent and I should’ve known but I told them my Apple ID and they were looking at my screen and I didn’t realize it and they tried to get me to send them $17 and they made me type in a name and right whenever I said wouldn’t you get money so It wouldn’t help me get my money back they hung up immediately and then called back saying that it’s a reassurance policy so please don’t download this appShow lessXxcloudy505

Just fyi I’ve you have googled an apple customer service number & they are asking you to download this app DO NOT DO IT. Called the number thinking it was apple to do a refund dispute & they had me download this then I realized it was screen recording my phone. My instagram was hacked. I was desperate to speak to someone so i looked up customer service for instagram and called the number. I was hesitant when i heard the accent lol. They were asking me to verify legit information seemed legit then he wanted me to download this app so they could remote access my account for me to verify it was me… sketchy then ofcourse i saw the countless other reviews. Plus the overall app is a 1star so i hung up on the guy and immediately after i was getting non stop calls from california. BEWARE. PLEASE B CAREFUL I GOT LUCKY. ALSO contact instagram through their website and submit a claim with them. They were able to verify me through my original email (another email was being sent my information for some reason) anyways goodluck and DONT DOWNLOAD.Show lessHeart_9298
