I was contacting Apple support or so I thought. I got as far as downloading and share screen. Once they asked my to login to my bank account to see how I paid for the phone is got suspicious and ended call. Time will tell if any damage was done. Stay away from this app!!!Waxwingedmonkey

I called for a xbox gift card issue and they were asking questions that had nothing to do with the xbox gift card. Like go to my settings and go to my credit card information and that was when I released it was a scam. DO NOT trust these people!!!!!!It's Char Char

My and my friend were trying to call apple and the number we dialed sent us to an Indian guy and I told him what was going on. The second Indian guy asked for me to download this app on my phone and asked for the ID and password multiple times. I proceeded to give him the information. He transferred me to the third Indian guy and he asked for the same information, provided the information and told me to go to my settings and I told him I don’t see what he’s talking about which when I talked to the second guy I asked him if he can see anything on my phone and he said no. So once I talked to the third guy I got weirded out bc I didn’t tell him I was on my settings. Once I told him again I don’t see what he’s talking about he said it was going to cost money to change a password for my friend to get into her new phone due to her other one going underwater. We hung up on them and I deleted the app instantly. Now I’m worried that might have my information… I was able to talk to a person through apple after and told them what was going on, she said I shouldn’t worry about anything.
