WARNING!!!!!! Unauthorized charges!!!! Basenji refuses to refund!!!!! Buyer beware!!! They say I created 2 accounts and was charged a recurring charge to my cc for 4 months. Showed me a screenshot that proved I only had 1 that I canceled within the trial period. Will not refund charges even though it shows cancelation.

Everything here can be found free online.
I could no longer even log in as my account was totally deleted but they still charged me for the membership. Customer service blamed it on a possible glitch during account registration but refused a refund.

There’s no where to cancel this subscription. I did not sign up for the monthly and it keeps charging me without a way to cancel

I also cannot find a record of a subscription in my Settings or in the App Store so I have no idea how to cancel. Additionally, I do not have access to any premium features despite being charged $20 after the trial ended. Nice product, but need to offer other ways to cancel. Currently I am waiting for support to help me cancel or get a refund.

The app did not show up in my subscriptions and there was NO WHERE within the app to cancel. I was then charged $19.99 and contacted the developer directly. They have sent two emails telling me to ‘cancel my subscription’ and are refusing to address the issue.
