  • FRAUD - DO NOT DOWNLOAD

    WARNING!!!!!! Unauthorized charges!!!! Basenji refuses to refund!!!!! Buyer beware!!! They say I created 2 accounts and was charged a recurring charge to my cc for 4 months. Showed me a screenshot that proved I only had 1 that I canceled within the trial period. Will not refund charges even though it shows cancelation.

    App won’t allow you to delete from your phone and will continue to bill your account for ALOT more than the monthly subscription amount.

  • SCAM. STAY FAR AWAY

    Thieves. They make it so it is difficult to cancel your subscription. I even cancelled my card to stop transactions just for them to magically get my new card number!?!? I guess they have access to my bank account?! Reported. Sickening to do that to people who are trying to heal

    I have never even used the app I downloaded it the first day immediately canceled and you guys keep trying to charge me 1999 who do I need to get in contact with to make this stop immediately?

  • Scam!

    I cancelled my account the day after accepting the “free trial” because the app is worthless. Everything here can be found free online.
    I could no longer even log in as my account was totally deleted but they still charged me for the membership. Customer service blamed it on a possible glitch during account registration but refused a refund.

    There’s no where to cancel this subscription. I did not sign up for the monthly and it keeps charging me without a way to cancel

  • Have Not Found a Way To Cancel

    I was starting to like the app, then saw I got charged after the free trial without the warning. I also cannot find a record of a subscription in my Settings or in the App Store so I have no idea how to cancel. Additionally, I do not have access to any premium features despite being charged $20 after the trial ended. Nice product, but need to offer other ways to cancel. Currently I am waiting for support to help me cancel or get a refund.

  • Unable to see my subscription

    There’s no way to see in the app how to edit your subscription. I emailed them about this and they never responded. So once you give them your payment information you’re stuck with the charges! I would’ve cancelled my subscription before the free trial ended.

  • Ripped Off!!!

    I signed up for the trial and then attempted to cancel. The app did not show up in my subscriptions and there was NO WHERE within the app to cancel. I was then charged $19.99 and contacted the developer directly. They have sent two emails telling me to ‘cancel my subscription’ and are refusing to address the issue.
