  • You will not be disappointed

    Try it out. It’s free!
  • Now my wife can sleep!

I often wake up at night and can’t get back to sleep. At such times, I’ll grab my phone to wind down again, but some of my favorite websites have no dark mode and the light from my phone will often wake my wife as well, not to mention hurting my eyes. Rather than wait for every web site in the world to offer a dark mode option, this Safari browser extension solves the problem in one fell swoop. Works as advertised… Nicely done!

  • Free

The functional iOS port of an open-source project that other developers on the App Store are charging up to 5 bucks for. I always appreciate those who continue community-driven projects in the free and helpful way it’s meant to be and I would be happy to make a donation if given the option
  • Won’t display on iPad

Once I reboot the extension menu appears, but after an unknown amount of time, it only displays a bright box.
  • My eyes thank the developer

Very nice! The colors and tints are pleasant when browsing at night. Thank you.
  • no 'off by default' mode. frustrating for a lot of websites.

This extension, arguably, works very very well. the problem is that theres no way to have it work on an opt-in basis which can make elements on some sites hard to see/interact with. I would love an option to reverse the extension from being blacklist based to whitelist based.
  • Doesn't get better than this

    Follows system mode.
Perfect rendering on all websites (in my experience).
No reloading of pages (unlike Night Eye), blackens already loaded pages instantly.

This is the end of my search. I have found the best possible Safari dark mode extension.

Thank you developer. To offer this amazing thing for free, you must have a heart of pure gold.

  • really good across devices 👍

    thank uuuu <3
  • Great

This extension is great but it lacks a feature that bypasses dark mode when the website itself has its dark mode.
  • Almost perfect!

One small feature request: it would be great to have the ability to manually edit the blacklist.
