Not as user friendly
The app looks great until you need to look up your membership. I have a membership and when clicking on the membership button, there is no way of looking up your membership even though you have one. I want to be able to look up a membership via email or telephone number to sync up my appointments with the app. Currently my membership and any upcoming appointments not show up even though I have a membership and I have appointments coming up.Show lessItdxlife
Impossible to schedule
I’ve been a H&S member for years, but the scheduling process on the app is terrible. You can only schedule 50 min massages on the app, and then you have to choose a provider before you choose your appointment day and time. If that provider isn’t available, you have to start over. You should be able to choose date and time, then choose provider. It’s a pain to use. I end up calling to schedule my appointments which is also a pain.Show lessLcFlorida
Support non-existent
I downloaded the app a few months (November) ago and for some reason my data never merged with the account I created for the app. I sent an email to H&S support not once but twice and still have not received a correspondence from them. I wish I could take away the 1 star rating but I can’t as my review won’t post. From what I can tell the app is great (my husband created his profile and his data downloaded without issues) but support from H&S is basically non-existent. My next recourse is to talk to someone at my local H&S spa and see if they can help me fix this issue.Show lessMrsColonel_03
Pretty Easy To Book But….
If you go to choose to be on the waitlist, click what you want then goes to confirm it but there literally isn’t a button to actually CONFIRM it.Billy & Jessica
Getting better but
Pros: The app is snappy. It only takes a few screens to book. I can select “any therapist”, “female therapist”, or a specific therapist.
Cons: Crashed a couple times right after I downloaded it. I can’t select multiple (but not all) therapists. There is one therapist at my Hand and Stone I don’t like and would like to avoid. I am able to select a zero charge service (cant do on the website) since I have a membership but when I get to the last screen it shows a charge but does not show which therapist I’m booking. My favorite therapist goes by Jan but that name isn’t in the app and there is a Janelle, Janice, and Janine. It has to be easier to the choose therapist(s) I want or I have to schedule by phone which is a pain because it takes so long to find the therapist and date and time that works.Show lessBigD67
Horrible app, just as terrible as online booking
The app is just as useless as booking online. It doesn’t reflect all of their different services and only reflect basic one type for massages and facials. What’s the point of having an app when you have to call to book if you want anything other than a clarify facial or one hour Swedish massage?! Terrible app and online experience. Forgot password verification code is not working
I’d like to try to use the app but I can’t get into it! I’ve tried countless time, removed and reinstalled, etc but the “forgot password” feature is not working. No matter what I try, it’s not sending a verification code to my email. Please fix this bug. ThanksMindless play
