Don’t bother

Don’t bother, it states $45AU, but got charged $90AU, for an app that scan products (when you out shopping). Just research the old skool way $90 I could have bought products instead of stupid app. Wish I read other comments first. Save your money

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FREE TRIAL

I was promised a three day free trial prior to being built via Apple. They immediately billed me $25 for the month. The database is severely lacking and the recommendations were not even good for my skin. Please do not fall into this trap. I genuinely feel this company is simply collecting $25 from absolutely everyone they can. Will be contacting Apple to try to get a refund.

Disappointing

I subscribe online and not with apple and now I am unable to unsubscribe. I tried numerous times and when I wrote to the company I didn’t hear anything back.

Stopped working after 1 week

The app was good while it lasted.
After 1 week it just wouldn’t load no matter what I tried, I restarted so many times a day, rebooted the phone but still wouldn’t work since last week.
Now I can’t even open the app to cancel my subscription.

CANT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

do not sign up. This is a scam. They get your details for a free trial then you are unable to cancel in the app. I’ve been waiting to try and get customer support to assist and they “can’t find my email”

Don’t use this app!

I’ve been trying to cancel for weeks and they took money out of my account anyways. Customer service is absolutely horrible I can’t get ahold of anyone to cancel my subscription

Scam

They over charge you. On the website when you sign up it says first month for $19.99 I was charged $29.99 and then 19.99 on top of that. The information is helpful but not for that cost. Scam

Umm i feel robbed.

Ok so i chose the 1 year membership. Then it asked if i want to buy the scanner for an additional $19.99 so i did. About 70.00$ total but the app is not worth the amount. It does not recognized all scanned face products, even some of the well know brands. It recommended a toner that was bo suitable for my skin. A score below 60%. Horrible. I cancel the subscription already but i get to use it until
next year and hopefully i won’t be charge like most of the 1 star reviews.

Trying to cancel, but receiving no response

There is NOT a free trial. You are charged immediately. I have been trying to cancel via the app and the website before I am charged again and keep getting an error message. I have emailed customer service and have not heard back from them.
