  • They lost my subscription?

    I had the app for a while, and it worked just fine until recently, while they were dealing with the server outage, I got a notification from Optic Edge saying to delete the app and reinstall, so I did. It solved the server outage, but now when I log in, it says I don’t have my subscription and that I need to subscribe again. Kinda stinks :/

    Hi Isaac Haro, This is a registry issue that we have only fully resolved in the last 12 hours (Tuesday 27th). If you delete the app now and re-install and sign in it should work as expected and your subscription will work.   • Outage

    So are you still experiencing the outage and if so, when do you expect services to return. As of 9/24 2:16pm, they are still out.

    Hi John P.D. The outage has now been corrected and we are now in the process or migrating all scanned card to our new host. If you do not see cards you previously scanned with a pro account they will start to appear in your app in the next 5-7 days. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Many thanks Lucy
  • No assets

    I'll take a picture of the front and the back of the card and confirm to send it but it still have no assets in my collection. I even upgraded to the pro. Still nothing.
  • Doesn’t work for some reason

    Every time I try to send my first asset, it sends me back to the main screen to send in my first asset. Then it doesn’t do anything else. I’ve tried probably 10 times on different cards, once I hit confirm after creating a label it kicks me back to the main Screen.

    We are sorry for the delay in replying to this. This issue was caused by a service outage that we have now corrected with an updated version of the app. Download the latest version and let us know if you are still have it any issues and we will do all we can to assist you. Thank you David
  • Not good

    I buy the 4$ and i want it back because it said i can cancel anytime so if I can get my money back it would be great

  • First grade didn’t work

    My first free grade came back as “no grade” with no explanation. So that one is just gone lol
  • Amazing concept but…

    Absolutely brilliant app. The reason I give it 1/5 stars is because you can only grade 1 card unless you upgrade to the pro membership. I believe if the pro features were free, this app would be on every card collectors phone and would be a 5/5. I’m not paying $80 a year and I don’t believe anyone else will either.

    Hi Chaseball123, Sorry to hear that you are unhappy that the number of card you can grade for free does not meet your needs. Unfortunately as a business we need to charge for our services as building and hosting an application costs money. While some company raise investment or run kick starter campaigns to fund the early days of a business, we are self funded by a passionate founder and leader. While this means we can’t start, as most new tech companies do with free services, we charge a fair price for the ability to grade an unlimited number of cards. Remember, when you are not paying for the product, you are the product. All the best
  • Unimpressed

    I doubt the accuracy of this scanner; I put in a PSA 10 card and it gave back a range of 7-9. Encompassing such a large range isn’t very impressive and it didn’t even contain the actual grade. Not sure if this is a one time thing or not but I don’t think it’s worth it to keep the app for another 24 hours to check other PSA 10s I own for free.

    Hi Pixel Pikachu, thanks for your feedback. It sounds like you have scanned a slabbed PSA 10 card which we recommend and state in our app that you should not do. Our technology does work on cards that are encapsulated sometimes but as we were unable to do it reliably and consistently during our research we highly recommend against it. The grade you reference from our app is also only the pending state of the final grade once confirmed or rejected by our final AI layer that covers QA. If not rejected it may have updated to either slightly above or below that range. As we ready our next update, we have decided to remove the pending grade range as it is proving confusing for some. If you would like any more assistance or for us to look into your graded card in more detail get in touch with our support team via our website.u should not do.   • 5 Stars but I have an issue

    I think this service is great, really cost efficient, and could make way for this becoming the norm in the future. I just have one issue with it. It doesn’t seem to register Japanese cards. I bought a .99 cent scan to grade one of my Japanese cards, and the grading itself has been stuck at pending for an hour now. Is there a language issue with it? Or am I just being impatient with the grading. I graded an English card and the results came back almost instantly.
