Great for marathon training, some bugs
This app is great for my marathon preparation as it helps you plan ahead and progressively increase the intensity of the workouts. I haven’t seen another app like that. It helps that you can rearrange your schedule when you miss a session or two.
There is one annoying bug and interface issue they need to resolve though. Your pace is said out loud every minute or so and it’s often not very precise. More annoyingly it will say one pace out loud and even before ending it can skip to the next pacing announcement which can have a huge difference (sometimes of 10-20s per mile or km). It’s really annoying and I would rather than, for the longer runs, be able to just hear the pace every kilometer/mile than so frequently.
Following this, there should be more options in the app on the regularity of announcements, and please add less robotic voices!

Finally got me into running
I have tried so many different running plans and apps and every time my motivation has died just from the plans being too vague (not giving suggested paces/no rigid plan just “run for 20 mins”) or just too demanding (immediately starts with running 3 miles). I have always been consistent with working out (yoga, lifting, and hiking) but I have always wanted to be a runner just never found a plan to really help motivate and train me well. Runna has gotten me into running and has made it so easy to build my endurance, I am now running 3 miles consistently and feel really good while doing it. I love the regimen I’m on now and will continue to use Runna to get to a 10k, half marathon and maybe a marathon someday!
I personally love running with it on a treadmill since it tells you how fast to be running and u can set your treadmill accordingly, I dont run outside much (maybe once every 2 weeks) but it is consistent with distance with the gps. I’ve had no problems with it not connecting/recording with my apple watch.
Thank you Runna!

Great! But for me…
This is a really great tool for people a who are trying to train for a big race and/or to get faster! The variety of workouts that will pop up in your training plan is amazing! When I was training competitive in college, one thing I didn’t like was repetitive workouts, with Runna, most of the time you are doing something new, which is really nice and refreshing!! I really don’t have any complains with this app, I think it’s at
Great tool. It’s just for me I think I am a bit too advanced for it. I had to set the sliders to max to fit my running ability. I want to run about 80 miles a week, and this training plan only seems to go up to around 70 or so. But other than that I think this is going to REALLY help a lot of people out there who are trying to get faster!!

Enjoying the app
I’ve been enjoying getting back into overall fitness through this app. Personalized plan has helped strengthen my body and allowed me to improve my running form and endurance. It adapts to days where I fell off and allows me to feel like I can pick up where I left rather than feeling like I need to start over again. Useful for anyone starting off again and wants a balanced approach to fitness

If you’re brand new to running…
This is the app you need if you’re brand new to running! I had never run before using Runna and just started back in early October 24’. The app is easy to use and even gives you a strength training program if you wish to do so. You can listen to your music while still being guided during your run and the tips they give at the beginning of each week are very reassuring and informative. I’ll be running my first 5k in a couple of weeks and I am stoked! I missed a run here and there and haven’t kept up w the strength training program, yet I still feel more and more ready for the 5k closer it gets. I love running so much and I believe the easy-to-follow guidance of this app has much to do with that - I’ve stayed motivated and feel good about my progress. Though, I don’t use strava as much, they do connect with each other automatically and both are helpful tools. I’d suggest using both. Good luck!

Easy to use… I like to see my performance… includes info about all runners key interests, no even podcasts and playlists 👍
Best Training plan for half marathon
I love that Runna gives me a structured plan which includes strength training to help me achieve my goal of competing in my first Half marathon. They take the thinking and planning out of it all for me, all I need to do is put on my shoes and get to work!
Best running app
Didn’t come across any other app as complete as Runna is for runners.
