  • Amazing!

    I love this app as I can take care of my pelvic floor when traveling. The workouts are well planned. I love that the 28 day challenges are short but effective as it leaves time for other exercises and physical activities without neglecting the pelvic floor.
  • Feeling empowered!!!

    This is the most holistic approach to pelvic health! The workouts are very well demonstrated. Kim is always giving helpful tips. Everyday I look forward to working out with her, and I’m tremendously grateful for the results!! This program works!
  • Not impressed

    The less costly version has very little content. Any physical therapist trained to treat bladder issues will have you doing the same exercises shown here, and make no mistake—these are basically Kegel exercises done in different positions. It is crucial to work these surrounding muscles, and that is overlooked if all you do are Kegels. So add these, keep doing the Kegels in combo, and you’ll see results.

    I am so excited to have found Kim and this program. I having been through pelvic floor therapy before with another provider. I must say it does work. I got lazy and didn’t continue my exercises and the muscle tone deteriorated. I just signed up and excited to tighten and tone the floor!♥️
  • Seems better after just 5 days!

    Can’t rate the outcome of the 28 day challenge, but the program is easy to follow and I see a bit of improvement already.
  • App does not work properly

    When I finish a video, it just freezes. I can’t get back to the main screen. I can’t go back to look at another video unless I close the app and get back into the app. I also went into make some changes on my profile, and it just freezes on screen, so I’m not sure what happened but I can’t use it.

    I love to read about health, exercise, nutrition etc and this is the first time ever that I learned so much how to properly exercise my muscles with kegels on motion and how to send my body the adequate signals. I’m on reset and I’m already noticing improvements.

  • Truly Helpful

    I always get excited to jump into a new program and I appreciated how the steps, coaching, and advice kept me focused on being present in the moment and patient because this program asks you to establish a foundation and build with knowledge and awareness. It doesn’t take long though to get to steps where you are “doing” after reading and listening. My advice: take the time. It’s well worth it.
  • Just Starting

    I need this! I have been procrastinating for a long time, ignoring the obvious. This is a time commitment and it’s time for me to do it. My only issue is that I do have a little trouble navigating the web site. I have hope that I will develop a clearer understanding of how it works!
