Everything works
Easy sign up. Easy to get machine up and running. I deleted all of the on-boarded scenes. Just use it for the basic white noise and occasional light. I like how it can be locked on the app, useful for when my toddler wants to play with it before bed. I also appreciate the fact that you can share the device.

Ok I finally got it to connect! This is awesome!
For everyone that can’t get it to connect hold the Bluetooth button down for 5 seconds then try to connect on the app! Love it! Worth the buy!!
Can’t even get the app to work
The app keeps timing out when I try to create an account. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded. It’s just not working. Can’t use the clock without the app.
App crashing
I can’t even sign up for an account because the app keeps crashing. This is for the sound machine/nightlight/clock. Without being able to connect the device through the app on my phone, I can’t set the clock properly which renders it useless.

Can’t be used by 2 phones!
We love this light and so does our little one. BUT a huge inconvenience for us is that only one phone can control it. It won’t allow 2 phones to connect to the Bluetooth (as if it’s a Bluetooth speaker). So when we try to change the light to show our little one it’s time to get up, it only operates from my husbands phone. So annoying, since we trade off nap times and everything!

Response from developer
Devices added by the app support sharing devices. Long press the added device and a menu will appear. Select "Share Device" and a QR code will be generated. Scan it with other phones to add the shared device. I hope it will be helpful to you. I wish you a better life. joy!

App does not work.
No connectivity
I had this plugged in and it connected fine but when I unplugged it and moved it to another room it won’t connect to the app anymore. Glad I got the annoying startup of twinkle twinkle changed before it wouldn’t allow connection anymore. Cheaper option on Amazon, might exchange it if I find I’m using it a lot and I’d like the connectivity back

App stopped working
The app worked great for the first 2 weeks and suddenly would not open or load by the 3rd week. Not sure what happened but now I can’t use the sound machine. Is there a way to fix this?
