Cool (I guess)
The coaching is mid-mid. You pick a topic to talk about, and then it brings you to the app’s chat area. It normally says something like “We got your message! Coaches normally respond at 8:00 PM ESP” or something like that. When the coach FINALLY responds (1 day after the message 🙄), they ask for your name preferred pronouns. Next, they send some dumb videos on how to help you. If you don’t respond in 30 minutes, they close the chat… but if you respond on time, they send some rude and nasty messages/personal questions. At that point I want to give up and close the chat MYSELF!! Overall for coaching is ⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars.
Long story short, the calming excercises don’t work. They degrade your mental health and patience… ⭐️ star
