Always glitching
This app ALWAYS has a problem. 90% of the time it doesn’t work and I have to uninstall and reinstall to get any features to work. I can’t track my tips if the app won’t load or is glitchingKaitkatastrophe21
Have to fully sign out and restart in order for it to work

Highway robbery
I have had the gigantic,unfortunate experience of my tips being held hostage, by MyZen.
For two weeks, I have worked for a company that uses MyZen to give your accrued credit card tips.
Every single day this app tells me a different story of why my application is not correct. I’ve been passed around from online helper to online helper with no actual help. Every day I’ve submitted new applications so I might hope to get my tips. Including face ID, three-dimensional with my video camera
Drivers license and passport. They refuse to give me my tips.
If you are reading this and wondering if you should use MyZen for your company, I cannot urge you strongly enough to go with another company. I also relocated here for three weeks, when I could’ve taken more time to deal with this issue. No one has helped me, they’ve asked me for everything under the sun to no avail. Do not use this company. It’s almost enough for me to seek out another job. But since I just moved, I don’t have that luxury.Show lessLinderella333

Love this app since I’ve never had anything like this before at my work locations as a massage therapist. One suggestion: please make an iOS Widget! That would be amazing!MNicoleAli

I love being able to see my schedule and transfer tip money when the app works. Constantly have to redownload, resign in or restart my phone to get it to work lately.Momma the iguama

terrible terible I am all your help me to download this app to keep track of my tips and so forth that I can tell you that I’ve used it a little bit and it crashed on me. I cannot seem to pull the screen up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. smhFramce Pope

Zenoti anything is trash! Everyone in the entire salon hates everything we have that is zenoti! Both of the apps are trash! Just awful. My card was also compromised and they won’t give me the money back!Blue6280
