  • Great when it works

    I love being able to see my schedule and transfer tip money when the app works. Constantly have to redownload, resign in or restart my phone to get it to work lately.

  • Upset

    terrible terible I am all your help me to download this app to keep track of my tips and so forth that I can tell you that I’ve used it a little bit and it crashed on me. I cannot seem to pull the screen up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. smh

  • Worst app ever

    Zenoti anything is trash! Everyone in the entire salon hates everything we have that is zenoti! Both of the apps are trash! Just awful. My card was also compromised and they won’t give me the money back!

  • I like the idea but too buggy to be useful

    I’m running into all sorts of really blatant bugs (appointments not showing up, or showing up out of order or not all necessary details)… I like the idea but needs more work before I can rely on it for work. What a bummer it would be to show up for my 4:00 appointment, but not my 2:00 because it didn’t show up on my schedule.

  • Buggy with poor user interface

    It crashes and freezes a lot. The schedule is inconvenient to read at a glance (important when you’re scheduled back to back) and changing screens takes forever to load.

  • Logging on

    I wish’s there was an option to turn off the PIN code log in everytime you open the app. Just adds extra time to a busy day or when an assistant is checking the schedule for you and you have to give it to them every time.

  • Waiting still

    Duplicate charge, still not corrected. 3 weeks now. Not happy at all

    It’s logs you off. Tries to make reset pin. But if you close app & open you want have to. That’s annoying
