Works fine— just one issue
I enjoy using this and it’s been good for my audience I think. I get fun questions and it’s easy to use. But the “clues” about senders should be more helpful, or even just direct. Having to pay a small fee to reveal the sender makes sense to me, but there are times when I get gross messages/harassment and I think in those cases, you should be able to know exactly who sent something. And if not, at the very least provide an option to block the sender on instagram rather than just NGL.

The only way I could do that was if you wanted me too I could come and pick it out and then I can go pick up it from your place or you could just pick me out of there or you could pick me out from the store or you can just come pick me out or you could go to my house or you can pick me out if that’s what you’re going with your car or you could drive it home with you if that’s easier and I could pick you out from there or whatever and then I can come pick it out or you could come pick you just come home if you’d prefer and we just don’t know how long it’s fine if it’s not too far out here or if that’s cool if it’s fine whatever is good with that works just make your day and I’ll just be fine I love to hear your day off I don’t want it doesn’t mean anything wrong whatever I don’t want anything I love and if I don’t know if it’s fine with that would work for you can always call or something I don’t know I love to see if it’s just I love and I’m just saying just wanted just give it I hope everything else just wanted you can always talk later I hope everything works best for me love and if you’re doing well I hope you’re having fun with the way you can

This is a good app and it gives you the opportunity to get your friends and answer questions when you’re not with your friends so and it is also a really good ad for you to be on. It’s a really good app so I think you should know actually everybody should actually, I think you should download this app because it’s like a really good app so please download it and it will give them a lot of good ratings and also like I said you also get time with your friends and answer questions and you also get to make new friends and thenyeah and then it’s mostly an Instagram or Snapchat but it’s not on TikTok so yeah

ITEM NOT RECEIVED SCAM
I accidentally purchased the hints this after having the app for 6 hours.
I requested for the refund 1 minute after (after logging into Apple) - however this is still active pending review and NOTHING WORKS. The subscription apparently is suppose to unlock who sent this (not 100% sure what this means) but it looks exactly the same. Everything is still a anonymous, can’t see anyone’s names or locations, it’s a complete scam. Also on top of this - if you go on their subscriptions, they have multiple price points for the same item… so why have I been charged £6.99??

The app is good for what it was made to do

They played with my emotions so hard with this “my best friend has a crush on you” until I realised it was just a NGL bot sending it. What kind of sick and twisted organisation would do this? I mean seriously that’s just wrong to mess with my psyche like that. No one has ever liked me or asked me out and this really hurted.

Waste of $7
Absolutely awful that they don’t keep record of their users knowing the potential trouble this could cause. I’ve been getting harassed for 2 weeks now, to the point that I’ve changed my phone number, and someone anonymously messaged me and what they said correlates to the text messages I had been receiving. I paid the $7 to try to find out who it is (because this person follows me on Instagram) and all it showed me is that they have an iPhone 13. When I reported it to the app and was able to email them, they apologized and told me to block the user. I don’t need to block them. I need to know who they are so I can finally go to the police about this! Seriously don’t waste your money if something happens that you need to know who’s messing with you.

Worst App to date
In all honesty, I tried downloading this app to see if anyone had any hidden intentions for me, or if I can connect with some friends and anonymously, and for the first few days I thought it was going well cause I was getting responses but then I saw a review on here that said NGL send messages with love, I ran through most of my messages and about 95% of them were from NGL. I’m disgusted and Apo because I’m someone who doesn’t have very much friends and it’s hard for me to reach out due to my social anxiety, and this app completely ruined it by giving me false pretenses that I thought people were reaching out to me instead, it made me feel more alone than ever that I was getting spoken to by robot. I’m gonna start researching if there’s a lawsuit for emotional damage because I genuinely do not feel OK anymore.

Can’t turn off post reminder notifs
It’s an okay app, but it’s impossible to toggle off the post reminder messages. You can do it, but if you go back into settings it’s switched on again. I get plenty of messages—I don’t need reminders!! I’ll delete it soon and just point people to my tumblr askbox. At least it doesn’t pester me uselessly.
