Love it!

Such an awesome app! Lots of opportunities to invite different people to ask questions in different ways. It’s increased engagement and lead to a greater increase in social media following. I highly recommend it!

Dislike this app

This app always glitches freezing it will tell you that you e a new message but the minute you go look it’s nothing there every since I had downloaded this app it’s always seem to have problems I’ve reached out numerous of times for them to fix the issues and problems and it’s been well over almost going on 3 months and it’s still not fixed so since they don’t want to try and fix it and they’re not doing anything about it I’ll be deleting this app I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve reached out to them this is sad

Great app

I have been using this as a way to connect with my followers on instagram and up till now it’s been great but there is a bit of a problem I’m a high schooler that dosent have the money for the pro version and I’ve been getting some creepy ones recently I just wish that I had a way to know who was sending these creepy messages without paying

Lots of fun !

I really enjoy using this app, it’s a lot of fun, and it allows me to engage with my followers across my social media platforms in a way that is honest and engaging.

A note to the developers, though, however, it would be nice to know when receiving, an incoming question, which platform that question is specifically coming from.

I have taken notice that I will answer questions on my Instagram account; however, the question originally came from my Twitter / X - and is often made known through a direct message, saying hey, I uploaded my question on this platform, but you did not answer it. so please figure out a way to allow for those who will be answering questions to know where to post the answers specifically to the audience that ask the original question. Thank you.

Nothing special

To be honest it’s alright nothing special, my cousin had told me about this and I tried it out it’s just entertaining. I believe some of these messages aren’t really even being sent from people on your social media. I paid to see who had sent what messages, all it states is the location and phone they used (apple, android, google). Came out to be fake because it only showed me 1 out of multiple that I got, I cancelled right away. Then that’s when it clicked these messages are coming from the app itself…

Not worth it

The app sends way too many bot messages, some end up personal which make me think someone is starting to try to pick a fight. This caused me to subscribe to see who sent it. IT DOES NOT EVEN TELL YOU WHO SENT IT EVEN WHEN YOU PAY. WHICH IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND FRAUDULENT. Especially as most questions are from the app itself, it wants you to pay to just see that they sent a fake message. And I can’t even request a refund for being ripped off

Service

Feel like scammed cos u pay to see who send the questions but actually u can’t see it just only some info few stuff like location or phone model etc even some questions doesn’t have that option anymore since you open it! Don’t waste your money! FYI

Fake messages that are messed up

I NEVER EVER have written a review. For any app. EVER.
And I feel compelled to write this.
Yes, the app does work well for anonymous messages and can be pretty fun.
Except for well, this:
“my friend has had a crush on you for the longest time”
As someone who hasn’t had anyone who’s had a crush on them, I failed to notice the “sent with ❤️ from the NGL team” at the bottom and proceeded to go on a witch-hunt to find who sent this. After everyone swore up and down that they did not, my friend found articles and reviews talking about the fake “anonymous” messages.
I do agree that this helps with interface and people responding so IF this has to be done (which I don’t think it should but whatever) please put harmless messages like “how’s your day” or “what’s your favorite color”. There’s a lot of interesting things that might be entertaining for friends/followers that are not directly stating that someone has a crush on you.
Please proceed with caution and make sure to read which messages are real and not.
Apparently, the messages weren’t always there and they got in trouble for that. I think that goes to show something about the developers to begin with.

Not very happy…

Been using this app for a while, it is good fun apart from bot questions, but I paid to see who was asking questions I know it defeats the purpose but was getting suspicious questions and for 6.99 a week AND IT DOESN'T Even tell you who it was that asked the question just location and what phone it was on that’s it… wasted 6.99 for nothing want a refund for it, don’t pay for anything on this app
