Doesn’t work

I enter my phone number and the app closes.

Is the app still in beta testing?

App will let me order from plantas taquerias but if I tap on soul burger it freezes and won’t load anything. Not sure why customers are being directed to use an app that doesn’t appear to work…

Still needs work

Editted: Last app version was terrible. I tried this new version but it won’t let me log in. It wants me to create a new account but I don’t want to lose my points/ rewards. I’ll stick to the VFH web page for now.

Update: I did use the same mobile number to try and log in but it doesn’t work, hence the above problem of it wanting me to create a new account and me losing my points. Apps not recognising existing accounts.

App doesn’t work

This app is useless - you used to be able to order on the website using Apple Pay, now you’re forced to download an app and it doesn’t even function properly

No Apple Pay, confuses password manager, layout broken

I’m not comfortable providing my CC number. Why can’t I pay with Apple Pay like all the other food apps let me do? When creating account it kept closing the password manager popup, making it impossible to fill in the password. Something is broken there … On iPhone 14 and 15 the layout is broken - buttons and icons overlap with clock, dynamic island on top, and app switcher at the bottom of the screen …

Hey there! Sorry about this issue - we had an error with Apple Pay on launch so we disabled it. It will be re-enabled very shortly (we're hoping for Android and Apple to approve in the next 24 hours). Please make sure you create a new account (all your points from the old app will transfer). The updated app should now have any minor glitches fixed :)

They do not deliver to Liverpool so.. what’s the point…uninstalling..

VFH ignored everything

NOT WORTH IT

Supposedly we get $5 off our first order (and other memos they put in their personal Uber Eats profile, if that’s even a legality to draw someone out of a competitors app to your own) which are never applied. Or addressed when you try to address them if you can even get through to anyone or find the section that will give you an online chat to a possible human not a bot.
One of those memos also says as a “member” your order will be cheaper than Uber eats. LMFAO. Total lie each time I made a comparison.
I got excited about this app as a vegan but all it’s done is screwed me out of all these promotions all the while spamming me for more via email, charged me more for orders & doesn’t seem to take the time to care.

New customer, terrible app

Saw this app when I was trying to order food on DoorDash. I thought great. Never got their discounts from my first order plus never even got notifications from the poor driver after allowing notifications from the app which prompts you to make sure you have notifications on for the drivers! Poor delivery driver felt he needed to explain to me just incase he got a bad review and I had to explain myself after he had to message me since I saw he was going around my complex to find me. All of this was avoidable if the app actually worked

Better than the last app!

Easier to use and haven’t had any problems so far

Great food, good app, one hiccup

The sign up service is problematic. I typed in my phone number it didn’t format it the way it was meant to so I couldn’t submit it. Then I retyped it and it worked.

Other than that it’s been perfect.
