If I knew how impossible this app is before I bought the heating. I wouldve chosen a different brand
I’ve tried this app and the other app that mysteriously could also operate my thermostat. I couldn’t log into either one. It said that my confirmation email address and confirmation password were not the same and yet they’re clearly identical. There is no other option for me, but to keep trying, and it keeps failing
I would paste the screenshot here if that was possible. I tried setup twice, so about 15 minute wasted trying to get this app to work. You might not think that’s a big deal, but when 95% of the other apps I use perform this step in about 30 seconds to a minute compared to this app, getting me to a dead end, I’m not going to continue the same thing hoping something’s going to be different
I hope you can appreciate why I’m dropping attempts to control the temperature by the phone all together.
If I knew about this before I chose your Flooring system I wouldn’t of bought it. You have to understand that the software is what makes the product good. If the software sucks, no one‘s going to buy it.
Please just test your app and try to reduce the amount of key strokes and reliability. If you don’t do that, you’re not even showing up.Show lessDS39087
Cannot connect
App is no good. I tried reconnecting to use the app instead of apple home and i cannot connect to the smart thermostatJoshhhhhhwa

Doesn’t Work
Right off the bat, this app is a disappointment. I can’t even sign up for an account without an error message popping up.Brrrrmp
Solid 1 start
Had trouble concocting the thermostat. It works only about 50% of the time. The other 50% I get a useless error message. To top it off there is a second Ditra Heat app just as cryptic as this on. Shame on you Schluter.Velimir_bg
Alexa Doesn’t Work
Trying to setup Alexa, getting “Server communication error” immediately. Also if you leave the app open in the background then re-open, you get a generic 401 error and have to quit and re-launch the app.tbird155
Horrific
How does an organization known for quality even begin to think that it’s ok to release such an amateurish app?The design and ux appear as if it were made by a child. It’s filled with bugs. Yes it’s that bad.
Was Schulter too cheap too hire a capable developer.

App is absolutely terrible.
It’s like 2023 and heating your floors isn’t complicated. But this app brings you to all kind of frustrations. Stupid insane password protections and then nothing works. Worthlesscupquakequeen2025
Not sure this app qualifies to exist
Getting this to work requires 2-3 hours of your time and then still it is a piece of junk.polinkavayner
App keeps crashing
The App crashes after about 15 minutes . Needs to be dumped and reloaded each time.
Function is good when the app works.
