Alexa Doesn’t Work
Trying to setup Alexa, getting “Server communication error” immediately. Also if you leave the app open in the background then re-open, you get a generic 401 error and have to quit and re-launch the app.

How does an organization known for quality even begin to think that it’s ok to release such an amateurish app?The design and ux appear as if it were made by a child. It’s filled with bugs. Yes it’s that bad.
Was Schulter too cheap too hire a capable developer.
I’m switching the Schulter thermostat out for a MYSA to spare myself the torture that is this “app”.

App is absolutely terrible.
It’s like 2023 and heating your floors isn’t complicated. But this app brings you to all kind of frustrations. Stupid insane password protections and then nothing works. Worthless
Not sure this app qualifies to exist
Getting this to work requires 2-3 hours of your time and then still it is a piece of junk.
App keeps crashing
The App crashes after about 15 minutes . Needs to be dumped and reloaded each time.

GARBAGE Forget about it…
Had success the first time connecting, we updated our Wi-Fi network so I had to reconnect it to the new one … I’ve tried everything and can’t get the app to recognize the device… for a company who prides themselves on being the very best they should consider reinvesting those ridiculously high profit margins they make into some real app development.

Your time is set based on your zip code. Mine is off by an hour for some reason. Great just use a deferent zip? Nope. The weather will be wrong and can’t be hidden.
Why don’t all the schluter thermostats use the same app
I have 2 ditra heat wifi thermostats and just installed a new ditra heat E-RS1, expecting to be able to add it to the same app, but no, you have to get a totally separate app so now I need 2 apps to control the thermostats in my house….please just combine them all to 1 app this is just silly. Also my login didn’t work I had to register again on the new app so now I have 2 accounts with the same credentials. Why!? It’s like the left hand doesn’t talk to the right hand when making these products.
