Terrible to connect authentication

Great project, excellent motivation
I would always refuse to go for walk with my girlfriend because I didn’t see any purpose in boring walking. There was no goal to achieve and that put me off. A specially when you come back home from construction job last thing you want to do is to go for walk, instead I was loading my self every day with pizzas and kept putting on weight . STEPN have broken this circle of unhealthy lifestyle and given me opportunity to leave healthier. I’m looking forward to my regular walks every day now because STEPEN given me a reason to see walking in different light. I have a goal now. Getting healthier every day and earning some cash for doing so. I started with one sneeker and quickly purchased 2nd one of higher quality. Minted some and currently owe 6 sneekers. With current levels in the game and floor price of the tokens I’m looking at ROI of close to 4 months. Was it worth it to invest and start walking??? Absolutely!!! It’s not even fun
The energy runs out very quickly, oh man, this stupid energy, I did not know that shoes also have energy 😂. The app has no motivation to be more active, it does not give us any incentive to walk or run more, it does not matter if you are better than yesterday. It does not check your activity chart or give you any tips to make you better than before. You will hardly be able to get back the money you invested, let alone get a positive yield. And your shoes will break down quickly, even faster than Indian slippers. Quite silly designed.Show lessAlbitore

Concept is nice but there is no support at all (they just randomly decided to close all pending tickets), updates are destroying everything (annoying anti cheating features plus all the other dodgy updates destroying the value of both NFT shoes and gems. They blame everything on the bear market but their actions are responsible for destroying everything). Their only goal is to onboard new users to inject fresh money into the pyramid. I bought sneakers and pay about 100£ for that and didn’t receive my sneakers and after 2 day nothing happened nobody help there is no one to ask very confusing 🫥!? Who can help me !???amin.dinakani

Great app, love the concept. All in all a beautiful idea nicely wrapped into a product with immense potential. Why the 1 star? Support. As long as everything goes well it’s fun and games but as soon as you need some help of any whatsoever nature the issues begin. Emails? Impossible to find anywhere. Support on the app? Not contemplated. Info on the webpage? Good luck. Official spaces on Twitter, Reddit, Discord and the likes? Keep dreaming. If anyone ever replies to any query and politely offers assistance: BEWARE. There is a 100% chance that will be a scammer. As you can guess I have encountered a small issue, which escalated into a larger one, and after weeks I have received exactly zero replies from anyone connected to Stepn, so I lost hope, lost money, lost access to my account and lost all faith in the project.Show lessvagabond4u

I’ve been using Stepn for over month and really like the idea of it and interface. It very easy to use and I wish creators make it more friendly for user communicate within the app. I THINK IT WOILD HAVE HUGE INPACT AND POTENTIAL IF THEY CREATE FEATURES WHERE PEOPLE CAN COLLABORATE JOIN RUNNING EVENTS, SOMETHING SO PEOPLE STAY COMPETING WITH EACH OTHER.
