A challenge to Cancel
I love Dave and Emily, but the annual subscription is done on a different website, they don’t remind you when they charge it and then make it difficult to cancel. It took me 30 minutes messing around with the website address to figure out how to cancel. And now it’s looking like they won’t refund the subscription even though I was just charged a few days ago and don’t plan to use it. Wouldn’t do it again.SaraInCollege
Update with content sooner
For those of us who want to use some of the content or ideas for teaching others we need the content uploaded sooner. Getting stuff the week after it was taught in seminary or Sunday school or family home evening doesn’t help us like it could. Or even mid week is too late.m,.lkjh
It does not load new content
Every week I have to delete the app and readd it in order to see the new weekly content. I was hoping this would make my study so much easier but it’s a huge pain if I have to keep doing this.Don’t miss this
No way to unsubscribe!
There is no way to unsubscribe from the auto renewal until you get charged again. Use the phone number for Verb 801-225-9520, to call and cancel your subscription to avoid this happening to you!shimminb
Can’t access app
I have asked for a new password reset and know I’m using the correct email but they never send a link to reset. I’ve had issues with this app since getting it. I love Emily and David, but they shouldn’t be selling this app if it doesn’t work. When I was able to access the app, I could never access the content they claimed was on the app. It’s just not ready for release, even though it’s been out for a while. They seem to have technology issues in general. The online book Emily was selling at Christmas also had problems and I could only open page one until well after Christmas.Mad35554
Nothing is free
Disappointed you have to pay a subscription. I hate when people use the church as a way to make money. I get that everything can’t be free but what about some free content. Deleted the app.Stina_Rey

If app is downloaded from the website instead of through apples App Store it is a nightmare to cancel. Wasted a lot of time and still no verification cancelled.asdnmfb,dn
Updates are terrible
I’m not sure who is supposed to be updating the content for the app but, perhaps someone else should be hired or put in charge of that. Maybe even 10 volunteers. The updates are terrible.Chrispaz01
