Great but customer service is 2/5
However my reason 3 stars is the customer service support.
I cancelled my subscription on the free trial, as personal issues has got in the way and I will come back when I am ready.
I still got charged, which is an IOS problem the customer service said and they can’t offer a refund, which is fine I have contacted my bank, due to them first responding to my issue 2 hours after first contacting them, then over 24 hours after that and THEN today they have contacted me, bearing in mind i responded within 2-6minutes after them contacting me back.
It shouldn’t take 3 days to try to solve a problem.
Please update your customer service support.
