We apologise for any inconvenience caused – any picking data is sent to us directly from Tesco and sometimes this process is paused for technical reasons on their side, which we have no control over. It should only have been a temporary issue and all data should be available now.

1 out of 3 balloons win - lies
I worked super hard this week and managed to get a 3 ticket entry gaining three balloons - excited by their 1 in 3 winning balloons this month I opened my balloons, no win in all 3.
This app continues to lie - what’s the point in working hard for a good pick rate when you don’t get rewarded will be reporting to Tesco.

Hi Josh, the 1 in 3 odds that you saw in the app meant that there was a 33% chance of winning that week, up from the usual 20%. This means that every balloon had a 33% chance of containing a prize - it did not mean that every 1 in 3 balloons was a guaranteed win, as prizes are awarded through random selection. Apologies for any confusion, we wish you luck in the upcoming competitions!

Hello, please contact us at support@myearnie.co.uk so we can look into when you have entered the competitions and met the targets but not been rewarded. The T2T time is set by Tesco based on the individual stores, please reach out to your management team If you feel they are unfair.

Sorry to hear you’ve had a less than stellar experience with our app recently – we've been working hard to iron out a couple of technical difficulties. These are now resolved and we’re pleased to have also launched a new option to pay your Earnie winnings directly into your monthly pay packet for those who prefer not to use PayPal. Also worth stating that we never sell any information, please check out our privacy policy for further info on how we protect all personal data connected with the app.
Super glitchy!
This app is very glitchy. Every Monday when the balloons come down, it has an issue. This app needs sorting. It should not have an issue all the time but it does literally all the time!!!

Hello, balloons are always awarded if you have hit the targets. If you believe you have not received the correct amount, please email support@myearnie.co.uk and we’ll look into this for you to ensure you’re not missing out!
Update needs fixing!
I updated and everything has disappeared!!
