  • Terrible app

    It always seems to have issues, latest one seems to have stopped updating the picking rates 🤨

    We apologise for any inconvenience caused – any picking data is sent to us directly from Tesco and sometimes this process is paused for technical reasons on their side, which we have no control over. It should only have been a temporary issue and all data should be available now.

    Why am i not being able to sign in? Are nt we using our own tesco username and password?

  • 1 out of 3 balloons win - lies

    Earnie sent out notifications this month that 1 out of 3 balloons would win.

    I worked super hard this week and managed to get a 3 ticket entry gaining three balloons - excited by their 1 in 3 winning balloons this month I opened my balloons, no win in all 3.

    This app continues to lie - what’s the point in working hard for a good pick rate when you don’t get rewarded will be reporting to Tesco.

    Hi Josh, the 1 in 3 odds that you saw in the app meant that there was a 33% chance of winning that week, up from the usual 20%. This means that every balloon had a 33% chance of containing a prize - it did not mean that every 1 in 3 balloons was a guaranteed win, as prizes are awarded through random selection. Apologies for any confusion, we wish you luck in the upcoming competitions!
  • Rewards not given

    I’ve had a few instances when I’ve exceeded the pick rate needed by a lot and not received any awards for it . Also as a smaller store we find it harder to do the t2t rate as we do all our own sorting out in back room so I have a very good pick rate 220+ but t2t is high so only 1 ballon awarded this seems slightly wrong to me

    Hello, please contact us at support@myearnie.co.uk so we can look into when you have entered the competitions and met the targets but not been rewarded. The T2T time is set by Tesco based on the individual stores, please reach out to your management team If you feel they are unfair.
  • The worst app possible..

    Every single time I go onto this app, the app freezes. It’s exhausting! - it’s not my iPhone, as all my others are absolutely fine. Fix the issue.

    App had a fault last week and I lost out on 3 entries. Didn’t get them back no apologies no nothing.

    Waste of time.won £10,£10,£5.was only able to claim £10.when I tried to claim to other £10 and £5 it said I already claimed them which I hadn’t.emailed Earnie to be told I need to contact PayPal.contacted PayPal to be told I had to speak to the sender(Earnie).why can’t they pay it directly to your bank account?more hassle than it’s worth.they obviously make money by selling your information to 3rd party companies.deleted both my Earnie account and PayPal account.

    Sorry to hear you’ve had a less than stellar experience with our app recently – we've been working hard to iron out a couple of technical difficulties. These are now resolved and we’re pleased to have also launched a new option to pay your Earnie winnings directly into your monthly pay packet for those who prefer not to use PayPal. Also worth stating that we never sell any information, please check out our privacy policy for further info on how we protect all personal data connected with the app.
  • Super glitchy!

    Update: When I eventually managed to login, I found that I was given 0 entries despite having entered the competition and logging 196 pick rate and 34 T2T. So overall, this app is crap!

    This app is very glitchy. Every Monday when the balloons come down, it has an issue. This app needs sorting. It should not have an issue all the time but it does literally all the time!!!

  • Faulty app

    Often get no balloons even tho I hit all targets. No reply from them. Today again nothing but should have had all 3. Bit disheartening. Maybe time to ditch app as no incentive.

  • Update needs fixing!

    Just been made to update the app before I could get on to check if I’d won anything this week.
    I updated and everything has disappeared!!
    No balloons showing even though I’m entitled to 3!
    How do I get them back?

    We apologise for the inconvenience – the issue with the competition results has now been resolved and you should have been able to complete your prize reveal if you’ve not done so already. Please note this was unrelated to the recent app update.
