  • Useless support who clearly can’t read.

    There was an outage which meant that this past weeks draw was delayed. When the results were released, I was only given 1 ticket despite being entitled to 2. Several colleagues in the same boat. I sent the following email ; ‘hi, Just wondered if You could explain why I’ve only been given one entry for this weeks draw when I finished with 196 pickrate and 32 seconds T2T time? Spoken to a few colleagues and they’ve all had the same problem…

    I get the following response from a supposed ‘engagement executive’ don’t make me laugh.

    ‘ Hello,

    We had been experiencing system outages on Earnie, this has resulted in an unexpected delay with the Earnie prize draw. The issue has now been resolved and you can reveal the results in the app.?

    ?You can view your final score through the 'Historical Scores' tab.

    ?Don't forget to enter this week's competition via the 'Competitions' tab. You can access this via the Earnie app menu or by clicking the 'Enter Competition' shortcut on the homepage. Once you are on the competitions page, hit the 'Enter competition' button - this will change to 'Entered' and become greyed out when you have successfully entered the prize draw.

    ?Thank you again for your patience regarding last week's prize draw, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the fact you only received one ticket due to the issues with the delayed draw and the inconvenience this caused. Although you were only able to pop the one balloon, any prizes for the week's draw should have also been communicated to you via email based on your correct number of eligible entries. If you did not receive any communication about this, please email support@myearnie.co.uk and we will investigate this further for you.
  • App stopped working after update

    Recently updated app which apparently had bug fixes but app stopped working properly.
    Contacted support as saying server error. Still awaiting a fix and update since Thursday 12th.
    No data since 13th added to app so pick rate wrong despite working 14th. Will be interesting to see if I get any balloons as current wrong pick rate is 188! Still awaiting a response from engineers / support on resolution!

    Thanks for your feedback. We've since responded to all emails regarding this issue, advising that we would reset the balloons for anyone who has not yet revealed or claimed their prize. If you were a winner, you will also have received an email acknowledging your win. Please contact us at support@myearnie.co.uk if you've not yet received any communication about this.
  • No transfer

    I won £10 and transferred it to PayPal but so far it’s not showing there and it was over a week .
    Update .. still not there 3 weeks later even though my wage slip says it has been ( under deductions ?? ) . Been in touch and told i must have the wrong email address but I don’t have any problems with PayPal normally

  • Clock set to 12 hour time

    Any dates show today's date, and the 'X Days Until Next Draw' always shows 'Ended' when the iPhone time is set to 12 hour time.

    Thanks for the feedback Mike! Earnie currently only supports the 24-hour time setting, but we hope to roll out the 12-hour option in the near future.
  • Unfair prize draw

    Its not fair .Anyone who hits target should get something.

  • Ballon

    I opened it was ballon left to do it later and wasn’t allowed to press any more was no ballon no nothing

    Downloaded this app but so underwhelmed by it. About as basic as an ap can be. Not much use really.

    Hi, thanks for the feedback. We've deliberately kept Earnie simple and user-friendly so that you can easily see your score, enter competitions, and claim winnings. However, we're always open to suggestions - please send any ideas over to support@myearnie.co.uk!
  • Waste of time and space

    The app does not collect any data, YouTube video on how the app works has been deleted by the creator🤦‍♂️… I dont see any point in using unusable software. Removed the account!😀

    Hello, there are a number of stores that are still waiting to go live with Earnie so it’s likely this is why you don’t have any data in your app yet. Please email us at support@myearnie.co.uk with your picker ID and we will investigate this for you.
