Needs major improvements.
The buy and sell button overlay is rediculous. Not only does it slow down order placement and removal, but covers the tab you are actively monitoring for critical changes. Dumb.
The buttons should be in fixed positions on the sides. Especially considering the tab windows are soo small. Poor use of space. Should be full screen and use side swipe instead of rolling index. There is no lvl 2 data for monitoring order flow volume. The trailing stop loss would be nice if it worked properly. And there should be a way to manually move your stop loss on touch. And using the platform on a laptop is equally frustrating.
It feels like using an Atari in the era of Xbox/Playstion. Clunky and out dated.

Love it just wish you could have a lot better charting an ways to be able to copy multi accounts if needed. Get for back up if computer craps the bed but could be better.Eric7160

Terrible Customer Service
I entered into a trade this morning and was immediately logged out, unable to sign back in. I called “customer support” number online, SEVEN times. Each time, the person said we are the receptionist desk and unable to help you. They said they couldn’t transfer me and no one in support was available but I would get a call back. Watched price drop an entire trading session, down thousands of dollars, and the number didn’t call back. Just took my name and number and said someone would contact me 7 times. Account was liquidated at market close. Two different customer support reps hung up in my face. Emailed 10 times, no response. Still unable to sign in, and there is no way to reach anyone for customer support. This has been a very terrible and heartbreaking experienceShow lessaervjjtbkudvmlfbmyecnlk

App keeps crashing / signing me out
App keeps crashing. Logs me out. i’ll log in for a few seconds and then brings me back to the sign in page. Used to work. Very BuggyAriWilhelmus
Wow, just flat out terrible.
Pros: At least I can close a trade here if my desktop crashes and I didn’t set a stop, which is almost never and absolutely never…
Cons: Pretty much unusable. Certainly never going to place a trade from here unless the world is falling apart and I’m in the middle of Africa! I go online to look for a tutorial as none of the stuff is labeled in the app. Not even the website is formatted for mobile devices…which shouldn’t surprised you after looking at there app. Great charting by the way, might as well just have an option to turn those off as they’re completely worthless and you really could use the real estate when placing trades for real money. I don’t need to be hitting these tiny buttons when buying or selling and I certainly don’t need to go to a shopping cart to check out my contracts. I guess this is what we get when you higher someone who has never traded to design your UI.Show lessbparker02
