  • Wasn’t sure at first, but it’s good 👍🏼

    For a mobile app it gets the job done and is all you need.
  • Can't log in.

    The app stopped working after the recent outage and can't log in. It's been several days.

    Update-I still can't access the app since the rithmic outage almost three weeks ago.
  • Candlesticks?

    When you gonna add candlestick’s?
    And also auto breakeven
  • UI great but glitchy

    Love the new brackets and stuff. But this version has even more problems than prior ones. If you scroll away anywhere on the DOM, orders disappear, avg fill marker moves around, current balance freezes so you have no clue what it is anymore. The trail sometimes doesn’t fill - thus defeating the point of a trail stop, let alone a stop at all.

    Not mad, but i would love the critical issues resolved.

  • It’s getting better

    They fixed the log out issue and the more I spend time with this app the more I like it the ladder actually works great
  • Fairly good app

    I like it, there’s some quirks and minor issues, like adding symbols (not all symbols on Linnsoft website work) and occasional disconnects when you switch from the app, but the connection itself is pretty quick. When I emailed them with an issue they got back to me within 10 minutes, and the issue was resolved. I do wish that there was more in-depth charting but I use 2 other apps for charting and switching between them isn’t too complicated, and I do enjoy the simplicity. I do wish there was a way to add more names like what is advertised on Linnsoft.

  • Unusable on iPhone XS

    App is glitchy even just logging in to the app, fields move up out of screen.
    Logging in same issue with screens moving around, selecting an asset to trade takes you no where.

    Would like to access Rithmic on mobile but this isn’t useable at the moment, not sure why it’s so buggy.
  • App Broken

    As of 2.0 this application will not stay logged in more than 30 milliseconds, literally. I have confirmed that I don’t have open connections on other machines and it still logs out instantly. Broken

  • Do not use this app

    This app is dangerous. It would be one thing (and bad enough) if you clicked “flatten all and cancel” and it just didn’t work/you were stuck in a trade you wanted to close, but when I clicked “flatten all and cancel” today it kept adding positions and I ended up with many contracts I didn’t want and never placed orders for. Thankfully, I had a daily loss limit set and it close me out before my account blew up but if I didn’t have that safeguard, I would have lost everything.

    Thank you for your report on issues associated with the cancel all and flatten feature. We have found that when a cancel all and flatten action is initiated, if the mobile connection drops and then reestablishes, in some circumstances a subsequent tap on the cancel all and flatten button can cause an additional cancel all and flatten action to be initiated, which may result in an unexpected position. We have changed the way the cancel all and flatten feature is implemented by mobile devices and in browsers and made this change available in version 1.6.0.0.
