Garbage app and service
Just as stated in the title. Completely archaic interface. App times out immediately on screen lock. Had cancelled and flattened a position to watch it still remain active causing me to lose $500 of my gains on the day. 100% must avoid if possible. Makes me want to cancel my apex accounts smh

We have changed the implementation of the cancel all and flatten feature in version 1.6.0.0. As long as your device maintains its connection to Rithmic’s trading infrastructure while your request to cancel all and flatten is sent and received, your request should be handled. We are planning to release a new version this month which will implement an auto-reconnection mechanism in the event that the connection between a mobile device or a browser and Rithmic’s market data and trading infrastructure is dropped.
Simple and Effective
A professional trader will already have his own charting system. I needed an interface to put my orders in and manage my positions. The rithmic mobile app is perfect for that.

It will log u out and u have to log in idk why
Doesn’t even work properly
Trying to connect to APEX trading and this doesn’t even show me the option for it anymore. Only shows me the paper trading option. Waste of time until they get this fixed on IOS
Such a vague platform
Not at all decent for mobile trading, lags bad and doesn't update often you guys need to add charts and more user friendly interface
Won’t let me log in
Don’t know why. Doesn’t give me an indication of the issue. No support to contact. Save yourself the time. This app is garbage.
Account balance
Will there be a way to see account balance?
Both Convenient and Inconvenient
The app times out way too fast. I should be able to save order setups. For example, if I want to have 5 Emini contracts and send the order through without confirmation it should save to my account settings. It takes 5 secs for the app to logout when I’m not using it and all of my order presets are erased.

More Chart features later?
Would love to see more advanced charting capabilities later down the line and different viewing options like candlesticks/range bars.
