Trash App, Predatory, Scam

The App is god AWFUL - can’t do the simplest 2FA which is the whole point, it is a $$ scam and makes it impossible to cancel the subscription - the layout is terribly designed and confusing and they are trying to scam people with free trials that lead into renewing year long subs that are impossible to cancel

Our app does not trick users - it offers a free trial subscription and provides full subscription information. App Store trial subscriptions will automatically be renewed and converted into a paid subscription until you choose to end them in iTunes Subscriptions. This information is also displayed on the app description page, so users can see it before downloading the app. You can also review or cancel your subscription using a link provided in the Subscription Confirmation email. You can cancel the app subscription in your iTunes Settings (deleting the app will not automatically stop your subscription). Please kindly refer to this video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dTYOGxocu2o. You can also follow these steps to cancel your App Store subscription: 1) Start "Settings" app on your Home Screen; 2) Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap the 'View Apple ID' button; 3) Scroll the screen down and tap 'Subscriptions' button; 4) Tap the subscription you want to cancel; 5) Tap 'Cancel Subscription' button at the bottom (or 'Cancel Trial' button if the trial subscription was started) and then tap 'Confirm' button. If you don't have the 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Cancel Trial' button on the subscription management screen, then your App Store subscription will not be automatically renewed once over. I tried to contact support. How do I cancel my subscription.? This is the wrong app. It’s not what I need and it’s not working. And I need to take it off. How do I cancel?

Hello! Our app offers a free trial with all premium features included. You can start a free trial or continue using the app for free with basic features. The free version of the app does have some limitations and displays ads. The paid version of the app does not have these limitations.

Was directed to this app after getting hacked and locked out of my Facebook. Pay $30 a month or $2.50 for 1 week trial.. nope

Terible

Terrible- no help menus and not user friendly plus if you don’t pay and use the free version is spams the heck out of you. Typical google product- go with another product.

Don’t Be Fooled

This is not the Microsoft Authenticator App. It is a knock off. Support is terrible. You are not able to Export / Import passcodes to other devices. Skip this and download the ‘real’ Microsoft Authenticator App.
