Can’t use them
I have over 3000 points and I can’t use them because it will not change my phone number no matter how many times I verify it!
*Disappointing Online Shopping Experience
I recently tried the new online shopping system, and I’m extremely disappointed. What used to be a simple, straightforward process has become unnecessarily complicated. The layout is confusing, and it takes way too many steps just to find basic products. Features that should make shopping easier, like filtering and sorting, are buried or glitchy. I also encountered multiple errors while trying to check out, which wasted a lot of my time.
Overall, the new system is frustrating to use, and I really hope they make improvements soon.

How To Leave Reviews
I really like the app but I can’t figure out how to leave reviews for cannabis verified purchases. The reviews have been so helpful for my purchases and I’d like to leave my own feedback on purchases that would help new cannabis users like myself. Any response or guidance as to locate writing my own reviews would be great. Thanks

App is useless
Tried removing the app & starting fresh after giving up last time. It’s a nightmare. Imagine scrolling back 1 month at a time all the way to 1965 🤣 just let us type in the date!

Does what it needs
I see lots of people complaining about the app, not sure why. Does exactly what needed, cumulates points and exchanges for $ off.. if your store has different polcies that’s on then and not the app..
App Always Tracks Location
Annoying!! Every time you swipe the app away it still tracks your location in the background until you close it. I keep seeing the blue GPS arrow every time i minimize the app, tapping on it brings me to Stash Cash. It seems a little invasive, and doesn't really make sense when the map still asks you to enter your city/state.

Can’t order
Can’t use the app to order, says I am out of range but I am not, I get delivery or I drive 15 minutes and pick up. It shows my points correctly but it works for nothing else
User interface is awful.
There’s no widget for the shopping cart! What kind of shopping app doesn’t have a cart button?…also I can’t sign up for texts & notifs using the app’s ‘SIGN IN’ widget as it simply just takes me back to the top of the exact same page. App constantly glitches. Really needs some updates & a more streamlined checkout system!

Higher rewards not useable
I have enough points for $50 off, but my shop won’t ever let me use more than $10 off at a time. They said it’s because their system will only take off a certain amount for every certain amount spent (I forget what the number was, but it was high). What’s the point of racking up points if I can’t even benefit from the higher rewards? Making me purchase, like, $500 worth of products in order to get $50 off hardly feels like a deal worth saving for.

Great concept..execution...? Meh
This app is supposed to work in conjunction with my local medical marijuana store. "Order online", says the recorded voice announcement for my local store. Unfortunately the store delivers to my address but the app says they don't. It's not one specific problem but a hatful of them. They also involve the app called, "Jane", along with a webpage, none of which was of use to accommodate ordering online for delivery.
