It just doesn’t work
Every time I click on “shop” I get an error message. My orders haven’t linked even though my email address was used on both.
Can’t ever see deals in app
I always get emails for sales and deals in my area (Brooklyn) but it’s never reflected in the app.
Keeps using location until you force quit
This is annoying because it’s drains battery and feeds them location data for them to do who knows what with

Will not allow me to access my account or create a new one, password reset codes do not work, none of the codes sent to my email are working, useless app

Loyalty points with delivery
I tried to use my points, but it only can do it if you go to the dispensary ?? I do delivery, can’t drive there, what’s up with that?
Worthless app
Cannot get past the screen to verify i live in a medical state so i can create an account. 🤦♀️🤷♀️

I can’t make this app do anything at all. Poorly designed. Not sure why it’s even on the App Store.
No stores in DC?
The dispensary advertises this app but the app doesn’t have them as a store. Many others have same complaint.
No Missouri Stores
There are no Missouri stores listed in the app and I cannot even pre order. This app is so disappointing and the store I go to doesn’t even put my profile on there unless I ask.
