Not Fully Functional
I love this app when it works but when it doesn’t it’s useless. I tried to use my points yesterday but the system has been down. Seems to happen a lot since starting up. Hopefully it gets figured out!
Keeps erasing or deleting my info
After a few weeks I’ll log in to check points just to have to sign up again because either my information has been erased or the points are not correct! My phone number apparently isn’t registered even though the dispensaries use it every time!!

Doesn’t accrue loyalty points
And you have no way to contact anyone to get it resolved. That’s the only reason for the app. I’m over a $1000 into this new app and the only thing that shows is the carryover from the Cannabist app. Stupid waste of electrons

Very clean store, all the representatives are very knowledgeable with all the new and old products. I hope the recreational part of the APP will start using the points at the Cannabis Store in Deptford New Jersey. I love this app
Won’t let me verify I’m in a legal area.
Not good. Just downloaded, had to get a pin emailed every time I hit save on profile and still won’t let me ship because it says I’m not in a legal area yet I am.
Delete this awful app!
Best thing to do with this app is to delete it. It's awful. No filters just random products, freezes, acts like an app of the 2000's. If you need to shop just use the web site. Developers: scrap your code and start over.
cannot log in, and I have tried…
it sends me a phone code to verify my account, but the connect button is hidden by the number pad and there’s no return (enter) button in the number pad. it’s a disaster from a coding pov.
Points, freezes, shuts down
I’m tired of seeing I have points I come in to use them and told I have none even though I know it hadn’t been six months. The app freezes on me and shuts down. Closed app and deleted it several times and still happens. The most frustrating thing is spending the money, earning the points, and coming in and being told I have nothing. Well over $100 in rewards.

Basically same as web page and drained 35% my battery with background activity in last 18 hours or so, it’s a fail, skip it
App message screen flashes
The latest update makes the Message screen flash and renders the contents unreadable.
