The normal Jellyfin app is very buggy on iOS and some things simply don’t play at all. But that has all been fixed with Swiftfin. I love it! Thank you SO SO much for allowing me to enjoy my media easily and stress free! 🥰❤️BeauMollyplop
A great starting point
Performance could be better, there are strange UI bugs here and there, the Apple TV version feels especially laggy and buggy, but I am grateful that it exists.
Playback is smooth, jumping forward and back 10-15 seconds is nearly instantaneous. A breath of fresh air compared to Plex.

No Chromecast Support

Love it but wish I could delete shows

Great Client!
I’ve been a long time user of another popular private media server solution. That solution was rampant with advertisements, poor UI/UX design, clunky settings and nag screens. Jellyfin has been amazing. The Swiftfin client is fantastic, I have no complaints. Wonderful work!StaggeredSix
Unusable on Apple TV
I clicked on the suggested server found my on my local network but because it used http instead of https for the address I can’t log into it. On the tv version you cannot forget an added server and you can’t add the same server with https because it’s “already added that server”idjdjfkwoejdnfn

Movie list blank
The movie list is blank, and has been for some time. This isn’t a unique situation. Many complaints online about this. Developers seem to be unwilling to fix it.numetheus76
