I ordered two shoes, first they sent different ones than what I ordered, and the second package never arrived, nobody gives me an answer, what a disappointment
Same products listed at different prices.
Was super excited to order from this website as i noticed a bag went from 1000$ to 500$, after spending a while looking at different bags on their website i noticed they had the same bag i wanted, same item # listed 3 times with 3 different prices. When i went to check out for original price of 500$ the bag then changed to 700$ when added to my cart (without taxes) when i asked cettire they told me their was nothing they can do. Pretty disappointed as it was their mistake.

i bought my daughter a shirt for her birthday through this app a month before August i have never received a tracking number and its been over a month since i cancelled my order due to me never receiving a number i am worried they’re never going to send my my refund this is a scammed app and i should’ve read the reviews before i paid for an expensive shirt

I have returned two items and they are refusing to refund me or send the items back to me! The customer service team is acting fraudulently! Worst shopping experience ever!!!!! Please avoid purchasing anything from them!
Avoid this. Will refuse to sell after charging the money.
Misleading prices and engage in deceptive conduct. They will raise the price at will after your purchase, and will simply refuse to sell you the item even after the payment is processed. Avoid this website and use alternative more trustworthy websites.
