It’s not working for me
Going to the photos just displays a black screen. No photos taken appear to be saved.scorpiophoenix
XPan tasting!
I no longer use the iPhone camera app for stills.
The panoramic XPan simulation, together with some fabulous film simulation colour pallets makes this my favourite mobile camera. Additionally, the ability to save the raw file allows excellent exposure latitude when imported and edited in Lightroom.

Beautiful film simulation
The filters and colors are awesome! I do wish that it could use a few of the regular camera functions, such as zoom and portrait mode- It’d be phenomenal if those things were added. And an option to let you edit photos taken with your regular iphone camera. I think the app would be close to perfect then.Show lessgrgyrsewdd

Ok app, but disagree with the yearly subscription
I read his comments about it and this is not the same as Apple Music. I understand wanting to get recurring income, but this not the kind of app to do that. There are no servers to maintain. It’s software that is sold as is and should cost a fixed price. If he comes out with new features, those can be an additional fixed cost. Wonderful app with fun filters. One big gripe however - please black out the viewfinder when in the app switcher similar to how the default camera app works. Loading up the camera also shows the last frame for a split second which I don’t like as well.Lightsout565

I’ve been looking for good yet simple filters. This app is great at giving you the old Film look.
Maybe if a future update would add importing pictures from outside the app.

A Good Start
The basic features are solid and a lot better than the other film simulation apps that tend to clutter the shot with lens flare and timestamps. I would appreciate at least more customization and control of the free filters. The yearly fee to unlock the full features is too expensive in my opinion, especially at the current state of the app which is still quite simple and restrictive. I would not have minded a one-time payment at a reasonable price however.Show lessCLSXV

So far so good. Really digging these filters. Especially the Vintage Kodak. Very nice. Paying this low, for a yearly subscription, didn’t bother me a bit.
What I would love is if you could apply these filters to video! That would be amazing!! Food for thought!Windycitysammy
