Not reliable, poor customer service
I was in a pinch with traffic so downloaded this app to hop on a bike and move a little faster. However, the bikes didn’t work and everyone trying to unlock bikes at the station were not able to. Since I didn’t use any bikes I asked for my money back and was refused.Edwneu

Charged and could not rent actual bike
App said it could not accept credit card and then the was charged twice. When I went to use it to get a bike it said credit card not registered yet I was charged. Be careful.djloveisinthehouse
