Wonderful for renting out a camper
I love the Good Sam app for renting my camper out. It is so easy to use! If I want extra details, I do need to get on the desktop version. But I am able to edit my listing on the app no problem. I can communicate with renters. And now I can do the pre and post inspections and paper working signing in the app! No more hard copies! Good Sam has excellent customer service! I have quickly called, done “live chat”, and emailed them with prompt responses and have had any questions or issues solved efficiently! I am looking forward to adding more RVs to rent through Good Sam. I highly recommend.

Useless
I wanted an app to store and manage multiple Good Sam memberships (roadside assistance, TravelAssist) on my iPhone. I specified the details of the memberships where indicated, but nothing happens. Membership information is not confirmed nor stored. Useless. I printed copies of my membership cards and put them in the gloveboxes the old fashioned way. Now going to uninstall this app.

Does not recognize membership. Not sure if Good Sam is a quality company.
Poor App
This new Good Sam’s app just plain stinks.
Not at all user friendly like the old app.
Have been unable to get into the map view to search for campgrounds along our route.
Would be nice to have a route planner to our next campground, avoiding non-rv areas (tunnels, low bridges etc.)
The RV rental should be back on the Camping World app, not on the Good Sam app.
Please redo this app ASAP!!!

Many broken features
I was able to set it up but now there are a lot of things that don’t display or work. Most annoying is my membership details. The membership details screen is mostly blank with two squares at the bottom. Tap on either one and the app crashes. Disappointing for such a simple app.
Worst customer service time and money wasted on them
They were never able to verify my policy after 48 hours and any service which I requested them they quote me out of pocket for each.
Worst App Ever!
Literally almost nothing in the app works. Half the links do nothing and the other half take you to the website where half the links also do not work. Membership cards also will not download to Apple Wallet. I’ve never seen a reputable company have such poor customer interface online. Please do a better job on tech! I am carrying way too many Good Sam membership cards around for each of my various plans.

Was able to book an RV for an upcoming vacation with no issues. The chat feature worked great.
